Create new series• To create a new series, push in properties window and

series a name and connect import, export, model and

weather and other settings.

• To copy already existing series, push and give the series

the name you want to have and then if you need change

model or import, export or other settings.

Connect series in tree viewConnect using button

• Select the aggregated series in the series tree “Series” to

which you want the load series be connected to. Then select

the load series in the “ForecastSeries” grid and then push the

button for connect with 100%.

Drag and drop to connect one series in tree

• Hold down Ctrl + Q and with the mouse pointer drag the

selected series in grid and release it into the aggregated

series you want to connect it to!

Drag and drop several series at the same time

• Hold down Ctrl and select all the series in the grid you want

to connect and then Ctrl + Q to drag and drop to aggregated

series.

Connect weather to series (and multiple weather)• In properties window you can select in “Weather station” list box what

weather you want to connect to each series.

• If you are using the multiple weather module you can select weather for weather station 2 – 5

• To set weights for weather you have to go over to “Follow Up” tab and right click the series you want to set weight for.

• Then a window opens and where you can add weights between all weather suppliers.

Create and connect models (alternative models) to series• All forecast series have to have a model connected to the series and you can

choose to create a new model or use a already existing model to connect to the series.

• In the properties window you can select in the “Model” list box which model you want to connect to each series.

• If you are using the alternative models you can select models for model position 2 – 8 (in this case given an unique name for each model position)

• You can configure your own name of model position 2 – 8, and that is configured

in the Texts tab.

Create series with fraction numbers and dynamic fractions• Select the aggregated series in the series tree “Series” to which you want the

load series be connected to. Then select the load series in the “ForecastSeries”

grid and then push the button for connect with fraction number. Then save

the settings by right-click on the series and push Save.

• Then open edit fraction window by pushing the button and set fraction

numbers and periods.

• To connect dynamic fraction to series push instead the button

• The settings for dynamic fraction is made in “Follow Up” tab, and right click the

selected series and select “Sum dynamically” and then in the aggregated series

(top level) you set fraction numbers.

• This function is planed to move over to CONFIG tab in later release.

Configure alarm level to get warnings for in data problem• For each model you can set alarm levels for warnings of in-data.

• Select the model you want to set alarm levels for and in the properties window

you can se the section “Check data requirements” where you make the settings.

• If the fields is empty or have the value -999 there is no check of in data at all.

• Normal settings can look like the settings in the picture, depending of length of

weather forecast and start date.

Set or edit fraction numbers and dynamic fractions• Select the series you want to edit fraction number for and open edit

fraction window by push the button and set fraction numbers and

periods.

• To set dynamic fractions number (the series have to be connected

without fraction numbers with button )

• Then go over to “Follow Up” tab and right click the selected series and

select “Sum dynamically”.

• Then in the aggregated series (top level for the selected series) you right

click and select “Dynamic fraction“ and set fraction numbers.

Connect import and export protocol to series• Select the series in the grid that you want to connect an

import/export protocol to.

• In properties window in section “Load Import” or “Load Export”

you can select in the list-control what import/export you want to

connect to the series.

• You can also select import/export protocol in the grid by clicking

the arrow in the cell for column “LoadImport” or “LoadExport”.
