▪ Sharing or switching lockers without administrative permission is prohibited

▪ Any item referencing alcohol, drugs, tobacco, gangs/cults, weapons/violence, sexual materials, or obscene language
STAFF WILL MAKE THE FINAL DETERMINATION ON INAPPROPRIATE MATERIALS & CLOTHING
B.Y.O.D…▪ Devices are allowed in halls and Commons
▪ Use in the classroom is up to each individual teacher▪ Teachers will post their policy and discuss it
with you on the first day of school▪ It is each student’s responsibility to know and
follow each teacher’s policy▪ If your teacher does not allow devices, they
must be SILENT and OUT OF SIGHT
▪ Failure to follow BYOD policy will result in an office referral and confiscation of the device
▪ Consequences will be at the discretion of the administration but may include:
▪ Keeping device for parent pick-up

BULLYING AND HARASSMENT
BULLYING & HARASSMENT…
▪GLS prohibits the harassment, intimidation of, bullying of, or “cyberbullying” of any student on school property, or at school-sponsored events.
▪ Students should report incidents of bullying, harassment, or intimidation to the principal or assistant principal, teachers, or counselors immediately.
