Introduction
• Open Skies has served the airline industry since 1994 by offering convenient travel packages all over the world.
• Vacation packages include interline air transportation and hotel accommodations, including several all inclusive vacation packages.
• Made-to-order vacations are also available for the adventurous and free-spirited traveler.
Eligibility
• All bonafide airline and integrated freight carrier employees, their spouses, and dependent children, up to the age of 21 yrs (24 yrs if full time college student on some airlines), are eligible for travel benefits.
• Retirees and their spouses. Retirees from defunct airlines eligible on some carriers.
• Parents of employees as well as parents of retired employees Airline employees are eligible for travel benefits.
• Companion and domestic partner travel is available on select airlines. Restrictions apply.

important part of your compensation package, but just as important, offers you the opportunity to travel at significantly reduced rates. They are of no value to you unless you use them.

How can Open Skies Help You?
• Open Skies agents have over 70 years combined experience in the interline industry.
• We help you chose travel dates that are off-peak for your destination to help you avoid any travel delays.
• Should you experience a delay, Open Skies agents will contact the hotel to advise of any flight delay. Many hotels will amend without penalty.
• Our goal is to make sure you enjoy your vacation. This means we will do whatever necessary to assist. We’ve even been known to re-route our clients to a different destination, day of departure, to make sure they make the most of their time off!

On average, our boarding success remains very high, averaging 99% annually. Our job is to make sure your employees get on their flights. You can see that the boarding success rate is quite high. This is due to our experienced staff that makes every effort to get our clients on flights!

• All inclusive resorts in Mexico, Costa Rica and the Caribbean, including, Cancun, Cabo San Lucas, Puerto Vallarta, Jamaica, Aruba, Dominican Republic, and many others.
• Hotels and resorts in popular destinations, such as, Hawaii, California, Florida, New York and Caribbean destinations, such as, San Juan and St. Thomas.
• Historic European cities, such as, London, Paris, Athens, Rome, Dublin, Venice, and Madrid to name a few.
• We offer everything from the bazaars and shopping districts of the Orient to the outback of Australia.
Our Agreements

• Open Skies has negotiated our own agreements. It
sets us apart from other Interline companies. All agreements are based on the restrictions and requirements of the airlines with which we have the agreement.
• Airline eligibility is strictly enforced. Copies of employee ID badges as well as letters of employment verification are kept on site and can be produced if asked.
• Proof of employment is required, and verified, before any ticket is issued.
myIDTravel & Open Skies
In Progress
• To stay above the fold in automation, and to remain relevant in the Interline travel community, in October 2012, Open Skies Interline Vacations began talks with myIDTravel, an innovator in the Interline eticket industry.
• In May 2013, Open Skies Interline Vacations went live with myIDTravel as an employing carrier. With a few agreements in place, we entered into the next generation of Interline travel companies.
• Today, we continue our efforts with airlines around the world to enter into agreements with Open Skies through myIDTravel, so that we may continue expanding our destinations to the traveling airline employee and their eligible family members.
Technology & Fraud
• We are a connected world and it can be frightening. Though a bit "old fashioned", Open Skies does not allow online bookings. Two reasons are 1) we are required to verify eligibility prior to accepting a reservation and 2) we still prefer that one on one contact with our clients, just as if you were walking into our office. This also alleviates the fear of not really knowing who are where we are.
• Many interliners are either afraid of or just don't want to learn how to use many of the platforms available to them for booking their vacations. Open Skies takes that fear away by taking care of all facets of the reservation including hotel, airline ticketing, including re-routing and refunding and making last minute changes to hotel reservations due to denied boarding.
• An added benefit to using Open Skies is the security of your credit card. There is only one transaction for you to watch instead of several that might include, air, hotel, car rental, tours and more! Thus lessening the chances of credit card theft dramatically, which is a big concern now days.
