Youth News
Elevate: Grades K-5 are welcome to jump on board at 11 in the Elevate Clubhouse for “Ship Shape”, a fun, action packed, pirate themed series on 6 “ships” in the Bible: relationship, worship, discipleship, hardship, stewardship, and leadership. We love diggin’ for treasure in God’s word! There are two weeks left in this series.
Sunday Night programs resume tonight! Can’t wait to see you!
Sunday Night Shuffle: Ages 2 1/2 (toilet trained)-4th Grades 6:00-7:30, Sunday evenings at Belmont. We can’t wait to see you all tonight for exciting worship, games, the Word, and for grades K-4 to prepare for our Christmas musical, Aloha, Christmas!. Everyone will check in at the auditorium.
The Link: 5th & 6th Graders 6:00-7:30, Sunday evenings at Belmont. Check in at the auditorium to begin with worship before continuing our series helping preteens explore the meaning and power of influence. Students will discover who and what influences them and be challenged to positively influence others. We’ll also continue rehearsal for our Christmas musical, Aloha Christmas.
Bodybuilders: 7th-12th graders meet in the Fellowship Hall tonight from 6:00-7:30.
Ninth and tenth graders: Your $60 registration for TCTC is due today. TCTC is January 10-12, in Gatlinburg. Check out the poster on the Youth Ministry bulletin board, outside room 105.
Go MAD: 2nd-6th graders are invited to join us tomorrow, from 6:00-8:00 pm, to set up and serve a dessert buffet for people at Belmont who have served in the U.S. military. Register by this evening, to find out how you can help.
Bodybuilders Work Day: Montgomery County schools are out November 5, and we’ll be helping with a huge relief effort. Be here tonight to hear about it!

Us” and then click “Church League Basketball”). You must be 18 to play. Games will be played at the Christiansburg Rec Center.
Benevolence Thanksgiving Community DinnerThe Benevolence Ministry Team, along with the Helping Hands Ministry
Team, are planning their annual Thanksgiving Community Dinner, on Saturday, November 23. They are looking for volunteers to prepare and
package meals, as well as deliver the meals to less fortunate families in our community. If you would like to volunteer, please sign up in the foyer. The meals will be packaged at 1:00 pm, and delivery will start at
2:00 pm. Questions? Contact the church office or Dan Kelly at 381-0858.
Storage Shed Clean-OutThe Building and Grounds team will be cleaning out the storage shed in the satellite parking lot. If any other ministry team has items stored in the shed, that need to be kept, please remove them by November 8.

Malcolm Puckett – Christian Financial Resources
We are pleased to welcome Malcolm to Belmont today. Malcolm serves as a regional Vice President for Christian
Financial Resources. He has a Bachelor's degree in Bible from Roanoke Bible College and a Master's degree in Nonprofit Management from Regent University. Since 1982, he has
served congregations in Georgia, North Carolina, and Virginia, most recently, eight years as Associate Minister at Avalon
Church of Christ, Virginia Beach, Virginia. Malcolm, his wife Debbie, and son Tyler remain actively involved
in the Avalon church.
