3) Once you have recorded a new client’s details in your database, open our site while they are still on the phone

4) Having explained our role in the process ask your client:

i) The ideal time slot to catch to catch them on the phone

ii) Whether they would prefer an appointment am/pm/evening

iii) Any particularly good or bad days for the agent to visit ( Mon – Fri preferred)

5) Having confirmed the client’s availability, you can conclude your call and then complete the rest of the form by clicking the drop down boxes and pasting in the relevant info from your database.

6) Click Submit then select the specific address from the drop down box and finally click continue. This will send an email to us containing all the information that you have entered.

We still of course require you to provide papers as normal.
