The visiting supporter section at the KCOM Stadium is located in the North East corner of the stadium.

Each club will originally be offered a full allocation of 2,500 tickets for the away section, although this may be adjusted due to demand or information based on previous encounters.

The KCOM Stadium is an all-seater arena and all supporters are asked to remain in their seats at all times.

Supporters are also asked to ensure gangways and aisles are kept free from obstruction in case of emergencies.

Programme/Magazine

Our Matchday Programme/Magazine is available to purchase from designated programme sellers around the KCOM Stadium and within the arena.

Although predominately home team based, each programme features approximately 20 pages of away team content.

All away supporters will enter the ground through turnstiles 22-24 which is situated in the North Stand.

How to use your ticket:

1. Check your ticket for the turnstile to enter the ground.

2. Place the ticket under the reader.

3. Make sure the bar code is under the scanner.

4. Once the light goes GREEN, proceed through to the stadium and enjoy the game.

5. If the light goes RED, please notify a steward who will assist you.

Ground Regulations

Away supporters play a key part in making the atmosphere at the KCOM Stadium what it is, and you are welcome to bring flags and banners to the ground, as long as they meet the club’s safety requirements. They must not exceed 1m in height or width, and be displayed on a pole no thicker than a pencil. Please note that the club reserves the right to turn banners away on the grounds of offensive content.

You are also welcome to bring refreshments – snacks and soft drinks brought in small plastic bottles or flasks – to the KCOM Stadium. Please note that alcohol cannot be brought into the ground.

Please note that for all matches at the KCOM Stadium you are subject to the terms and conditions of the ground regulations, as well as the rules and regulations of the relevant competition.

Lost Property

If you become aware you have lost something after the game, please email [email protected] providing details of the item lost, where you were sitting and daytime contact details. If the item is found or handed in, we will contact you to make arrangements to return it.

Food & Drink

Food and drink is available on the concourse at the KCOM Stadium. However, the club does reserve the right not to provide alcoholic beverages in certain circumstances.

On offer on the concourse is Hull’s own award winning Hull Pie range. With fillings including Steak and Red Wine, Roast Chicken and Sage Stuffing and BBQ Pulled Pork, we highly recommend purchasing a pie during your time at the KCOM Stadium.

Other food and drink offers will vary on a game-by-game basis with all offering fantastic value for money.

Places to Drink Outside the Ground

The Brickmakers pub virtually opposite the Stadium car park entrance allows in away supporters. It has a big screen showing Sky Sports and BT Sport both before and after the game, as well as a burger van outside the pub.

The Walton Street Social Club also admits away supporters. Although entry will cost £1, the club offers reasonably priced beer, is of good size and offers a separate area for the sale of food, such as burgers and chips.

There are a number of other pubs within a few minutes walk of the stadium, but these are all designated as being for home supporters only – particularly the Silver Cod pub.

Hull was announced the winner of the UK City of Culture 2017 in 2013. The award is given every four years to a city that demonstrates the belief in the transformational power of culture.

The arts and cultural programme for the year will celebrate the unique character of the city, its people, history and geography. In 2017, the programme will run from 1 Jan to 31 Dec. This year will be split into four seasons, each with something distinctive, intriguing and created to challenge and thrill.

The Tigers have already got on board with the UK City of Culture theme by using music on a matchday and on our official YouTube channel to promote local bands and artists.

We would encourage all travelling fans in 2017 to embrace the City of Culture year and check out all events that may coincide with your visit to Hull.

Get involved with by visiting: www.hull2017.co.uk.
