Post-MCO start-work compulsory requirement
1) Compulsory social distancing in all area2) Facemask must be worn at all-time in work-area and common-area3) Hand-sanitizer must be provided in the office/lab/premise4) Please use the following link for registration to prepare site to resume work during 15-17 May
2020. To get permission to come in UM for preparation work for period 15-17 May 2020, please fill-up this form (https://drive.google.com/file/d/16Uv7qiOZ3VCzmR7LgnvgKXPDIX2W7Jlv/view?usp=sharing) and email to Pn Yanti ([email protected]) for TNC(P/I) approval.
5) Please complete the checklist before planning to start work6) Please obtained COVID19 SOP Compliance Assessment receipt before planning to resume work7) Majlis Keselamatan Negara SOP (https://www.mkn.gov.my/web/ms/covid-19/) and UM
guidelines for Operations Post-MCO (https://umresearch.um.edu.my/Forms/Research%20Guidelines%20%26%20Policies/OCCUPATIONAL%20SAFETY%2C%20HEALTH%20%26%20ENVIRONMENT/Guidelines%20for%20Operations%20Post%20CMCO.pdf) must be strictly followed. Failure to comply may result in work/lab suspension order by JK Keselamatan dan Kesihatan Pekerja TNC(P/I).
8) Only UM researcher is allowed to work during non-office hour. A registration receipt is required to work during non-office hour.
9) 1st offence – warning letter from TNC(P/I)10) 2nd offence – work suspension order for lab/office/premise for 1 week11) Subsequent offence – work suspension order fot lab/office/premise for n+1 week; n=the time of
offence
Bangunan HIR, IPS – Office and lab (including external-tenant premise)
1) Health monitoring and recording will be conducted at the individual office/lab/premise. (One-stop-center to monitor/record health status of staff/visitor is not feasible due to multi-entrance structure of the building).
2) Visitor without facemask will not be allowed into the building3) Staff and visitor health record must be registered using the link below

COVID19 SOP TNC(P/I)
Tindakan Penerangan Ringkas
Protokol Pencegahan Penyakit & Sekatan
• Semua pejabat dan makmal dibawah TNC(P/I) perlu menyediakan protokol di tempat kerja yang meliputi pengawasan penyakit dan pencegahan penyebaran jangkitan mengikut standard yang ditetapkan Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia.
Saringan Kesihatan • Menyediakan alat saringan suhu badan atau thermal scanner.• Melaksanakan saringan bagi mengesan gejala berkaitan Covid-19 seperti demam, batuk, sakit tekak atau sesak nafas setiap hari.• Saringan perlu dilakukan setiap hari di pintu masuk premis atau one-stop-center.
Laporan kesihatan • Pekerja yang mempunyai suhu badan 37.5° celcius ke atas atau menunjukkan sebarang simptom hendaklah dirujuk ke Klinik Panel Syarikat atau Klinik Kesihatan yang berdekatan.• Pekerja tersebut tidak dibenarkan memasuki premis TNC(P/I).• Majikan hendaklah membuat laporan kepada Pejabat Kesihatan yang berdekatan sekiranya mana-mana pekerja disyaki mempunyai simptom COVID-19
Pembasmian & nyah cemar premis
Semua pejabat dan makmal dibawah TNC(P/I):• memastikan proses sanitasi dan pembersihan dilaksanakan sebelum dan selepas aktiviti kerja seharian; dan• menyediakan hand sanitizer/disinfecting kits di pintu masuk, ruang makmal/kerja dan semua kawasan umum (common area).
Pembersihan dan Sanitasi • Pekerja kontrak pembersihan melakukan pembersihan seperti di dalam kontrak
Penjarakan sosial dan tatacara keselamatan kesihatan pekerja
• Memastikan penjarakan sosial 1 meter semasa di dalam bilik mesyuarat / kaunter perkhidmatan / lif• Memastikan garis panduan penjarakan sosial disediakan seperti tanda jarak 1 meter di lantai, meja dan kerusi dan dilaksanakan khususnya di ruang makmal/kerja• Pemakaian face mask oleh setiap pekerja di ruang makmal/kerja dan semua kawasan umum (common area) adalah diwajibkan..
Penggunaan Hand Sanitizer • Mewajibkan penggunaan hand sanitizer atau menyediakan kawasan mencuci tangan dengan sabun
