Wireless Applications

Major Topics To Be Covered In This Presentation


• Each Wireless Application utilizes the same configuration


• On the Price Check screen, scan the barcode of the item(s)

you want to check the price for

• The item detail will appear in the below grid with the style and price information


• On the Re-Pricing screen, scan the barcode of the item(s) you want to change the price of and click on search


• Once you click search, the item will appear in the grid

• Select the item and click on Re-Price to change the price of the style


• The Transfer Entry wireless application allows you to create an interstore transfer


• Login with your Celerant username and Password

• On the Transfer Entry screen, enter the store number you are

transferring to and then scan the barcode of the item you wish to transfer


• Once the item is on the grid you can select it and delete the item or adjust quantity

• Click Submit to Save


• On the PO Entry screen, enter the name of the vendor, click search, then highlight the vendor and click on Select


• Scan or enter the PO # and scan or enter the barcodes you want to add onto the purchase order


• On the PO Receiving screen, scan or enter the purchase order number that you are receiving

• Next, scan or enter the barcode of the item(s) you are receiving


• When you click Submit, you will receive a message asking if you are sure you are finished. Click No to continue scanning items or click Yes to finish


• Once you have completed receiving, you will be prompted to enter your Packing #, Invoice # and # of Boxes


• On the Case Receiving screen, scan or enter the Case Label number into the field to receive that case


• You will receive a message confirming received success and the Case Received field on the bottom will update to reflect the updated received case quantity


• On the On Hand screen, scan the barcode for the item(s) you want to view the QOH and price for

• The item detail will appear in the below grid with the style, price and quantity on hand and on order information


• The Physical Inventory wireless application is used for to perform a physical inventory at the store

• The physical inventory must start on a machine at the office before you can use the wireless application to begin the physical

• Only 1 open physical can be open when using wireless programs. It will take the first open physical to scan inventory


• Enter the session name ornumber

• Select the barcode field andbegin scanning

• Select item on the grid tochange quantity, delete, or view

• Clear will remove all data

• Send will send data to server


• The Quotes wireless application allows you to ring up a quote and print a receipt. Then it can be brought up at the register

to complete the sale



• On the Quote Screen, Scan or enter the barcodes

• Highlight line to delete item

• Click “Save” to save

• A printer must be connected to save


• The Gift Registry wireless application allows customers to scan items for their registry



• On the Gift Registry Screen, scan or enter the Registry ID

• The Registry must have been created through Celerant first

• Click “Continue”


• Simply scan the barcode of the items

• Highlight the line to change quantity or delete

• It is recommended to hit“Submit” every few items


• The POS wireless application allows you to ring sales

• Great for Line Busting people who are paying by credit cards


• Login with your Celerant username and password

• On the POS Screen,scan or enter the barcodes

• Highlight line to delete item

• Click “Pay” to pay by Credit Card


• Swipe credit card to process credit card

• Click “New” to start new sale


• On the Warehouse Putaway screen, scan in the case label that you wish to putaway in a warehouse location


• Once the case appears in the grid, specify the location in the warehouse that you would like to move the case to. Click on submit to save the location into the system


• On the WH Transfer screen, enter or scan the transfer ID number and scan the case ID(s) to pick. All of the cases for the transfer ID should be listed in Picked Up, and there should be none left in Remaining

• Click on “Next”

• The next screen will then allow you to scan each of these cases to the location where you are moving them
