OTHER AREA QUALIFICATION:European leaders that want to qualify as Asian Founders / or Asian leaders that want to qualify as European Founders...

1. must have plus 50% of the Founder volume of the additional area in their payline (Example: Level 3 with 12.000 PV must have 6.000 PV ADDITIONALLY coming from that additional area).

2. must have 100% of 4 new Director new leg business PV ADDITIONALLY from that additional area (Example: Level 3 with 4 Director legs à 1.200 PV in 2020 from that additional area).

3. must have 100% of the team qualification ADDITIONALLY from that additional area (Example: Level 3 with 2x Level 1 qualified legs in 2020 from that additional area).


PREAMBLEThe „WellStar Founder Pool“ is a voluntary bonus programme, outside of the WellStar Compensation Plan and independent of such recognises the special entrepreneurial achievements of their independent distributors and their special loyalty to WellStar. The WellStar Founder Pool does not form an integral part of the WellStar Compensation Plan. This bonus takes place by WellStar having those distributors, who have qualified for the Founder Pool, become involved in the respective economic success of WellStar by means of shares in this pool. Participation takes place in the form of monetary distributions or non-cash rewards.

POOL STRUCTUREIn the WellStar Founder Pool commission is paid on sales above “PV”. In this, 1 PV corresponds to a turnover of approx. 100 Euro (for detailed information, see WellStar main item list). Approx. 90 Euro gross per PV is taken into account as an assessment basis for the respective participation in the Founder Pool. The Founder Pool is paid out with a minimum net product turnover per production year of at least 500.000 PV in the area of Europe (plus Russia, Ukraine and Turkey) or Asia. The disbursement is paid in relation to the provision of an entrepreneurial performance (for terms and condition, see pages 23-24 of this brochure) by the distributor (50 % „Performance Bonus“) and the full and continuous compliance with specified obligations for a period of five years from the date of the qualification for the Founder Pool by the distributor (50 % „Loyalty Bonus“). In addition, at the time of the respective disbursement, the distributor must be in an ongoing loyal distributor relationship with WellStar and be active as a distributor.

POOL QUALIFICATIONThe full Qualification period for the participation in the Founder Pool commences on the first day of the production year in accordance with the respectively current WellStar production calendar. During this period, the distributor must achieve sales volumes for 2020 in PV. For more details see pages 23-24.

POOL RE-QUALIFICATIONIn order that the distributor can retain his/her involvement in the Founder Pool in subsequent years after their first participation in the WellStar Founder Pool, the following conditions must be met: 1. In a year of production, WellStar must generate net PV region sales in the amount of at least 500.000 PV (minimum turnover) through the sale of its products. 2. In accordance with the applicable qualification criteria, as regulated in the WellStar Founder Pool contract, the distributor must re-qualify in one production year (from January to December).

HIGH-VALUE FOUNDER PRICESHigh-value Founder prices, such as attending galas, bags, travel, watches, bracelets, writing utensils, rings, etc. will be recognized at the first quarter of the following WellStar production year, in which following the start of the Founder Pools, WellStar first generates net PV sales in the amount of at least 500.000 PV (minimum turnover) per region. Larger benefits, valued at several hundreds of thousands of Euro, such as the Learjet membership bonus, are paid out to the distributor (in 5 equal parts over 5 years, if the qualified Founder position or a higher Founder position is re-qualified every year) in which WellStar, after the start of the Founder Pool, has achieved the above minimum turnover; provided that, during this time, the distributor re-qualifies each WellStar production year at least at the same level as the initial qualification for the Founder Pool and WellStar has generated at least the above minimum turnover in each of these WellStar production years. Otherwise, the payment will be paused and the distributor will receive no further distribution or the instalment until the distributor has again re-qualified for the Founder Pool. If s/he fails to qualify for the Founder Pool at all, no further payment will be made. In the case of the Learjet membership bonus, the “payment” is made in the form of the provision of annual flight quotas over 5 qualification years. These annual flight quotas lapse in the event of non-use. The provision and organisation of the flight quotas is carried out by or via WellStar. Larger benefits, such as an instalment-based cash bonus for a dream house are paid to the distributor as per, and on the basis of, the same preceding criteria, as these apply for benefits valued at several hundreds of thousands of Euro, but in ten equal annual instalments (in 10 equal parts over 10 years, if the qualified Founder position or a higher Founder position is re-qualified every year).

STRUCTURAL REQUIREMENTS (TRINARY QUALIFIACTION)The volume of 2020 must be reached in PV according to the Trinary volume of Level 1-5 with leg 1 (50%), OSL (= leg 2+3 = 50%) and leg 3 (10%). The volume of 2020 must be reached in PV according to the Trinary volume of level 6-12 with leg 1 (50%), OSL (= leg 2+3 = 50%) and leg 3 (20%). For more details see pages 23-24.

STRUCTURAL REQUIREMENTS (TEAM QUALIFICATION)A number of Level 1 quailfied SUP legs (1- 12) must be qualified in 2020 to qualify yourself for level 2 and higher. The pool qualified partners can come from any depth of the leg. For more details see pages 23-24.

NEW BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS (NEW LEG PV IN 2020)A number of 1-5 new DIRECTOR SUP legs must be qualified in 2020 with the PV volume coming from all personal recruited new SUP legs accumulated in 2020. For more details see pages 23-24.
