WENA  Analysis  –  Half  May  Paulo  Cortez  –  WENA  OST  

Read  Me  First  Before   seeing   the   analysis,   take   into   consideraDon   that   those  numbers  are  from  1st  to  13th  of  May  but,  the  results  of  13.14  are  from  the  whole  month.    The   idea   of   the   analysis   is   to   understand   where   we   are   right  now,  what  we  need  to  do  to  overachieve  the  results  of  past  term  and  some  projecDons  of  what  can  happen  in  each  program.  

iGCDP  Results  

iGCDP  Overview  Historically,  for  this  month  we  just  have  a  huge  MA  peak  for  Italy.    Despite  Italy  sDll  being  behind  the  MA  goal,  Greece  almost  already  achieved  all  they  did  last  term  so  maybe  we  can  count  on  Greece  to  push  the  regional  growth  here.    For  RE  we  are  off  peak  and,  as  Germany   is  not  realizing   iGCDP  anymore,   I  expect  the  region  to  decrease.  The  only  chance  for  us  to  increase  is  if  Italy  and  Greece  somehow  push  for  realizaDons  at  the  end  of  May.  

oGCDP  Results  

oGCDP  Overview  At  the  middle  of  the  month  we  already  achieved  half  of  our  MA  from  last  term  but  sDll  far  behind  the  RE  numbers.    A  lot  of  enDDes  perform  quite  well  in  MA  this  month,  the  main  ones  being  Canada,  Italy,  UK  and  US.  From  this  top  4  we  just  have  UK  almost  achieving  what  they  did  during  the  whole  month  past  term,  which  is  great  news,  but  the  other  enDDes  need  to  speed  up  the  matches  in  order  to  grow.  For   the   smaller   enDDes   the   picture   is   almost   the   same,   just   Ireland   and   Spain   already   grew  compared  to  past  term.    For  RE  as  you  can  see  we  just  have  Canada  and  US  with  high  peaks  in  May.  Canada  is  doing  very  good  considering  most  of  the  RE  happen  during  last  weeks  of  May  but  US  sDll  are  far  behind  the  number.  But,  as  I  said,  we  expect  most  of  the  RE  happening  last  week  of  May.  

 

iGIP  Results  

iGIP  Overview  The  scenario  for  iGIP  is  not  very  good  basically  because  it  will  be  very  difficult  for  us  to  cover  the  GAP  of  Greece.    There  are  no  enDDes   that  already  grew  significantly  both   in  MA  and   in  RE  and  as   the   result  of  Greece  was  quite  expressive,  probably  we  will  decrease  as  a  region.    Also,   as   you   saw   in   the   e-­‐mails   I   sent,  most   of   our  Global   Entrepreneur   realizaDons  will   come  from  oGIP  so  there  is  no  way  for  us  to  recover  from  this  GAP  with  the  GE  strategy.  

oGIP  Results  

oGIP  Overview  For  oGIP  we  are  actually  doing  good  and  I  feel  quite  hopeful.    We  already  achieved  more  than  50%  of   last   term  result  and  we  have  Canada  already  growing!  Great  job  Tamara!  Also,  we  expect  that  the  GE  matches  will  happen  by  the  end  of  the  month  so  most  of  the  enDDes  working  with  the  program  will  grow.    For  realizaDons  we  have  few  enDDes  with  more  than  10  during  May  and  just  Germany  and  Italy  are  sDll  with  their  number  quite  low  but,  again,  most  of  the  realizaDon  will  probably  happen  by  the  end  of  May  so  the  results  will  also  probably  come  here.
