2 BE CREATIVE: Exercise is “activity” in disguise. Getting 20-30 minutes of activity can be as easy as taking a brisk walk in your neighborhood, riding your bike, mowing the lawn with a push mower, or playing with your kids. Don’t think you have the time? Rethink your opportunities. Riding a stationary bike or walking on a treadmill while watching one half of a college basketball game or your favorite half-hour TV program is all it takes!
