What  to  do  when  your  group  fills  up  If  you  have  remaining  prospects  after  your  group  fills  up,  please  be  sure  to  respond  to  those  prospects  with  the  following  instructions.    

1. Respond  to  prospects  telling  them  your  group  has  filled  up  and  encourage  them  to  search  for  another  group.  Then  click  “deny”  in  your  prospects  tab.    

Sample  email:  Tony,  Thanks  for  your  interest  in  joining  our  group!  I’m  sorry  that  our  group  has  already  filled  up,  but  please  be  sure  and  search  for  another  group  online.  Thank  you!  

 2. Remove  your  group  from  the  online  system.  Instructions  can  be  viewed  here:
