Wow ! Is it June already ? What a year it has been for us all so far, the Global pandemic known as Covid-19 has had a massive impact on the lives of everyone. Travel bans and social distancing have been the ‘new normal’ for most. People have lost jobs, businesses have closed and life as we have all known it has ceased to exist. We have all learnt to wash our hands and to disinfect our workplaces, to not take anything for granted anymore and to truly appreciate the world that we are all privileged to be a part of. We have all learned to be patient and re-connect with each other again on a different level now and hopefully once this is all over, it will be a stronger and cleaner world for us all to live. Here at Tiffin Motorhomes Australia, the impact of Covid – 19 has not been missed, whilst we have been fortunate to continue business right through the pandemic, our American colleagues have not been as fortunate with several closures of the Tiffin factory causing many delays in production. The knock on effect of suppliers feeling the impact has caused issues with parts supply, freight and personnel being just a few.As winter begins here in Australia, restrictions are slowly being lifted and the outside world is starting to beckon again. With no overseas travel looking likely for at least the rest of the year, the enquiry level for Tiffin Motorhomes has increased considerably with many people considering a life on the road touring around our beautiful country being quite high on the priority list.Because a Tiffin Motorhome is a genuine ‘no compromise’ alternative to luxury apartment living, it’s an attractive option for many who have no desire to ever be cramped up in the back of a vehicle meant for the odd overnight stopover; hot showers can be had in the comfort of your own luxury bathroom suite, the previously unpleasant activity of doing ones business can be done as if it were in your own house with no need to draw straws as to who is going to have the unpleasant task of emptying the toilet cassette and cleaning it. Cooking becomes a pleasure instead of being a nightmare and above all, because of the comfort and liveability that a Tiffin Motorhome offers, the rest of life is left to be enjoyed, with a different view every single day… life is too short, why not get out there and live it today as tomorrow is not promised to anyone……

Farewell Alex !
This Autumn saw the departure of Alex Rees-Hyde from our team. Alex was here for a lot of years and many of you may
remember Alex for his professionalism and his knowledge and enthusiasm of ‘everything Tiffin’. Alex has chosen to follow his
dreams now and to take his own personal journey of discovery and we wish him all of the very best for whatever the future
holds for him !

This past Autumn saw the
highly anticipated arrival of
the very first MY2020 model
Tiffin Allegro Breeze 33IBR
motorhome. Angela & Michael
from Victoria were the first to
snap this beauty up after
placing their order in July 2019
for a stunning custom colour
schemed ‘Waterfall’ ticking
almost every option box. I am
sure it was a very long six
month wait for them. They
took delivery in mid March
and after a brief preparation
period, took off on the first of
what I am sure will be many
journeys to follow.
Mari & Chris…
The next 2020 Breeze in the
ever popular ‘Sierra Mist’
colour scheme was acquired
mid April by Mari & Chris
from the ACT. Mari & Chris
are long term travellers who
wanted to upgrade to a
‘proper’ motorhome after
living and travelling in one of
our nearest competitors’
vehicles. The ‘chalk and
cheese’ differences between
a converted light truck and a
‘purpose built from the
ground up’ motorhome was
a no brainer for them and
they continue to enjoy the
daily benefits of their new
Tiffin lifestyle.

Dawn & Terry from Victoria were next,
their new 2020 Breeze also in ‘Sierra
Mist’ and optioned with the
‘workstation’ layout, extensive list of
options and a brand new tow vehicle
behind it was handed over to them in
late April. Border controls caused
some issues but we worked through it,
unfortunately for them though the
Covid-19 travel restrictions had an
impact and so far they have been
unable to really get out and enjoy it.
Hopefully as this newsletter gets out
into cyberspace, they will have begun
their journey’s and we look forward to
hearing of their travels.

Last month was a big month for us

motorhomes; ‘Gold Coral’, ‘Sierra
Mist’ and one demonstrator ‘White
Mahogany’ being snapped up by
astute buyers and another very

motorhome arriving and being built
as I write.
