The fact spectrum
• White hat thinkers have two spectrums for facts
First spectrum
• The first is on relevance, ranging from crucial fact to barely relevant
Barely relevant
Crucial fact
Second spectrum
• The second on accuracy, ranging from hard fact that is easily proven to facts that are most likely untrue

Why the answer B is correct
The answer is b because it is the most unbiased and the most relevant fact. It is relevant because the applicant is applying for a job, answer b is the only one that addresses that issue.
Why the answers A and C are wrong
Answers A and C are wrong because they are not relevant to how he will perform his job.
