Our recommended system involves the provision of custom-fitted trays that fit over your teeth.

Once accurately constructed, you would simply apply a specialised gel (that can only be issued by a dentist or hygienist) into these trays and allow the gel to sit over your teeth.

Are you concerned about the colour of your teeth?Treatment is for either 30 minutes during the day, or overnight for a period of 7-10 days.
