supportastructurallybalancedbudgetforthenext20years(Focus52Fundshallbefullyfundedoutofcitycapitalbudget).
3. Executea15%-20%acrosstheboardbudgetcutrela>vetosalaryadjustmentsorfurloughsexemp>ngbasiccityservicessuchas
police,fire,health,garbage,recrea>on,parksandroadpaving.Thesecutswillamounttoapproximately$14.6milliondollarsayearforthenext20yearsintheothernon-exemptcitydepartmentsanddivisions.(Salaryreduc3onscanberestoredifthecityseconomiccondi3onsareimproved).

Manageronlyneeds$25.8milliondollarsforFundBalance
Reservetoassistwithfiscalyear2014.However,thisplanof$29.9milliondollarswillbeinplaceforthenext20yearswithout
kickingthebudgetcandowntheroadifthecitywouldstopover
spendingtaxpayerdollars).However,thecitymanagersparking
planappearstobalancethecitybudgetforatleast6monthsto2
years.
