NFL YOUTH FLAG FOOTBALL – SPRING LEAGUE 5v5 non-contact league, with teams of up to 10 players. Jersey and flag belts are provided. Games will be played on Saturdays at Ballenger Creek, Utica and Urbana District Parks. Practices are held one night/week at the selection of the head coach. All players are required to wear a mouth guard. Opening day is Saturday April 11, 2015, game times vary between 9:00 am-3:00 pm (depending on team schedule). Registration deadline is March 20, 2015. Be sure to register for the park location you wish to practice at, see below. There is an additional $25 fee for jersey exchanges. Volunteer coaches are needed and vital to the operation of this program. Contact Eric Appel at [email protected] if you are interested in coaching. Early Registration Ends Friday, March 6, 2015.

VolleyballGO GET IT INTERMEDIATE VOLLEYBALL INSTRUCTIONThis program is for those with prior vol-leyball experience, who want to continue learning the game. This class builds on basic skills and introduces more advanced offensive and defensive techniques into game play. The class is designed for peo-ple who can ALREADY perform basic vol-leyball skills. You need to have been pro-moted from the Beginner program or have previous experience at the high school or club volleyball level. Participants will be evaluated week 1 to determine if they are qualified for Intermediate, or need to suc-cessfully complete the Beginner class first. Players of all abilities and levels are welcome for drop-in programs. There is no formal instruction and all necessary equipment is provided. The Center Coordinator will monitor drop-in programs. All participants must sign a waiver and code of conduct agreement upon entering a drop-in program for the first time. $2 per person per program per day.

All ages are welcome, unless otherwise noted. Children under eight years of age must be supervised by an adult. One adult may supervise up to six children.

Field HockeyNEW! FREDCO FIELD HOCKEY CLUBThese Rec League teams are coached by ex-perienced local coaches. Team placement is based on age and skill level. Our coaches focus on stick work, passing, shooting, and offensive/defensive (marking) techniques. This is your opportunity to include your child in an outstanding athletic program. Our experienced and personable administra-tors and coaches will ensure your child has a great experience. Our coaches are exten-sively trained in sportsmanship, field hockey skills, drills and tactics. They are dedicated to developing beginners and also challeng-ing experienced players. Our main goals are: building field hockey knowledge, teaching sportsmanship, developing and increasing fitness levels and being an all-inclusive pro-gram for the development of youth female athletes in the game of field hockey. FootballADULT CO-ED NFL FLAG FOOTBALLPlay is 5 vs 5 with a minimum of 2 females required on field at all times. Maximum of 15 players per team roster. All games are played at Ballenger Creek Park: Chuck Fore-man Field on Tuesday evenings. Format is NFL FLAG rules, modified for adults, every-one is eligible to receive passes. League play consists of approximately 8 regular season games and a chance for every team to com-pete in a post-season playoff tournament. Game times will vary each week depending on team schedule. Registration deadline is 3/20/15. Full fee must be submitted at time of registration to secure a spot. Team jerseys/shirts not included. Team Captain’s will be sent complete information packet and requirements for entire team. Individ-ual sign-ups will be placed on a team by the League Coordinator.

LeaguesBELLY DANCING BEGINNER/ INTERMEDIATEThis is where the foundations and con-tinuations of belly dancing and a healthy posture are taught. The classes focus on developing flexibility and learning how to move the parts of the body which are often ignored in day to day living. This level intro-duces a warm up, variety of body isolations and skills including hip and arm move-ments, shimmies and steps. Music and rhythms of belly dance will be introduced. Group improvisation plus, if time permits, a specific choreography will be taught. No special clothing or shoes needed. It’s rec-ommended to bring some kind of hip scarf.

Rose Hill Manor, the retirement home of Thomas Johnson, Maryland’s first elected Governor, serves as a hands-on history museum for children of all ages. The property features a manor house, icehouse, log cabin, and blacksmith shop. The Children’s Museum and Carriage Museum are open seasonally with guided tours available daily during regular museum hours. The Farm Museum is open by appointment and for regularly scheduled programs.

REGISTER EARLY Early program registration is encouraged since roster size is limited. Registrations are accepted on a first come, first serve basis. Pre-registration required unless otherwise indicated.

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION Confirmation sent via e-mail, otherwise your cancelled check or credit card statement is your receipt. You will be notified if there is a problem processing your registration or if the program is cancelled. Please make a note of your program start date.

REFUND POLICYOur refund policy encourages early decisions, so as to not affect other customers or our ability to deliver efficient programs. All requests for refunds must be made at least 10 business days prior to the start of the program. A 20% administrative fee will be charged per refund transaction. Registrations that require advanced tickets are not refundable. Refunds for Sport League registrations must be made prior to the listed league registration deadline. There are no refunds for missed sessions.

PROGRAM CREDITS/TRANSFERSTo avoid the administrative fee, a customer may transfer into another program with no additional fee. A credit may also be kept on the customer account at no additional charge. Requests for both credits and transfers can only be made 5 or more business days prior to the program start date. There are no refunds of credits.

RETURNED CHECKSA $25 fee will be charged for checks returned for non-payment.

AGE POLICYProgram participants must be the advertised age for a program before the program ends. All age requirements are set to benefit the participants and to make the instruction consistent and safe.

TRIPS ALCOHOL POLICYWe strive to have a family atmosphere on our trips. If you choose to drink alcohol while on one of our trips please do so responsibly and make arrangements to have a designated driver for your trip home from the bus drop off area.

DISCIPLINEThe Division has a discipline policy for program participants. In the event the participant is asked to leave a program/facility, no refund will be issued.
