� Application Requirement� Application Requirement
– Rail guided vehicle system requires synchronization of position between RGV and the car Bodyhanger in Synchro area, and if any synchronization disturbs then synchro fault flag get high andfollowing effects are seen.− Damage to shock absorber and springs of the car.− Critical damaging of gear and shifting cable of the car.− Make vehicle body to jump from the hanger.
– Thus demands constant monitoring of the RGV position with respect the hanger to avoid the abovemis-happenings.
� Automation Details– 1756-ENBT Ethernet interfacing card of Control logic PLC is connected to port-1 of AB Statix8000 HU
B and at port-2 RLXIB-IHW is connected as master Radio modem,
– Remote RGV having compact logic 1769-L32E PLC is directly connected to RLXIB-IHW as RepeaterRadio modem.
– 10 number of RLX-IHW- 2.4 GHz Radios with Max. data Rate 54Mbps are used with multiple antenna.
