Printing, Photocopying and Scanning IT Services provide printing, photocopying and scanning facilities throughout the campus. All computer labs have printing facilities, many also have Multi-Function Devices (MFDs) which allow you to photocopy and scan your work as well as print.

When sending a document to print select SurreyPrint from the printer options. This will hold your job in a central queue so it can be collected from any of the hundreds of MFDs across campus.

To collect a print job, scan or photocopy simply swipe your campus ID card through the card reader on the MFD or enter your University username and password using the touch panel.

When you first join the University your printing account will be preloaded with some initial credit. You can add credit to your account using the online payment system at: surrey.ac.uk/printcredits or using the Print Kiosk located on Level 1 of the Library.
