Adventure Surfing Lessons — Surf like the pros, or at least look the part with Outdoor Recreation on

Jun. 12. Lessons are only $48 each and include equipment and round-trip transportation to and from

New Fitness Class — Schofield Barracks Health & Fitness Center now offers Pilates Fusion classes on

Tuesdays at 9:45 a.m. All of these great classes are absolutely FREE for Active Duty and their Family

Members with ID card. Civilians and Retirees can purchase a monthly pass for $25 or $4 daily rate. Call

Friday Night Float Nights at Scott Pool: Every Friday in June from 6 to 8 p.m., enjoy the pool after hours with your favorite float and goodies at the pool. For details, call 473-0394. Single Sailors - Ladies Night at Beeman Center - June 4: Gather the girls for a fun night with Liberty. The event is free and open to all female single sail-ors. For more details, call 473-2582. Youth Sports Pee Wee T-Ball Registration - June 7 through 25: Youth ages 3 to 5 will learn the fundamentals of t-ball in a fun, age-appropriate manner. Season runs July through September. MWR presents the Hawaiian Island Creations/Quiksilver Surf Classic on June 19 - Registration Ends June 12: Whether you like to ride the waves or just watch surfers in action, come to Barbers Point for this exciting competition. The contest begins at 8 a.m. and is open to all active duty, DoD civilians, reserv-ists and their family members. The entry fees are $25 (open entry), $20 (active duty w/ ID) and $15 (12 years & younger). There is no charge to watch the com-petition. 6th June – ADventure Kayak Fishing – – Enjoy a day of fishing combined with the adventure of kayaking. This will be safety boat escorted.

7th June – Open Water Diver Certification – Receive an

exciting one-week long course that will award you a LIFETIME certifica-

tion as a PADI Open Water SCUBA Diver. Courses run Monday thru Sunday

(OC). $229.99. Reservations must be made in advance so sign up NOW!

8th June – Fresh Water Fishing Class for Tournament Fishermen – This is

a FREE class for all guest yet mandatory to participate in Fresh water

fishing Tournament on the 11th. (ODR) 1700-1900

11th June - Fresh Water Fishing Tournament – You will be competing against

all other DOD fishermen to see who can catch the largest fish in Lake Wil-

son, Wahiawa. Land, boat or kayak authorized. See ODR for more info. Com-

petition is from (LW)0600-1300. Cost is $20/fisherman.

12th June - FREE family activi-ties: Popcorn & Cotton Candy, Bounce house, music, Discover SCUBA,

ADventure Hiking. 0930-1430
