Who: Disciples clergy and their families affected by Hurricane Harvey. Immediate family members

are welcome. During times when adults are in program sessions, activities will be provided forchildren ages 5-12. There will be plenty of free time in the schedule to enjoy the retreat center

and surrounding area.  

What: A wellness retreat for clergy and family affected by Hurricane Harvey. Come join us for a timeto pull aside in order to relax and reflect, to breathe and process all you have been walking

through in these days.

When: Wednesday, Jan. 3rd, beginning at 2:00 p.m. through Friday, Jan. 5th, at 12:00 p.m. 

Where: The Franciscan Renewal Center, The Casa

Once you register, the NBA will touch base with you as we make your flight arrangements.REGISTRATION DEADLINE: NOVEMBER 30.

Cost: The cost to you is getting yourself to and from your house to the local airport.  Other costs

(travel, lodging and meals) are covered by Week of Compassion, National BenevolentAssociation, and Pension Fund of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ).

Travel and Lodging: Once you register you will be contracted about your flights, and the NBA will book all flights.

 Lodging and meals are included, and we will be at the Franciscan Center(https://thecasa.org). Single and family rooms available. Please be sure to note your allergy

and food needs on the registration form.  Additionally, note any special accommodations youor your family members might need on the registration form.

What to Bring: Casual clothing suitable for Arizona winter weather, bathing suit, hiking or other comfortable

shoes suitable for walking, fun activities to share, needed medications, spending money, ifdesired, for shopping/offsite activities during your stay. 

Extending Your Stay: There may be limited availability to extend your stay at The Casa; please indicate your interest

in the additional comments section of the registration page if you wish to extend your stay,and we will be in contact with you.
