I wanted to write a message about how we are springing forward into a new month, a new season. I wanted to write about how this issue is all about fashion and beauty, but a message came on my heart for this month. As we feature beautiful women of all different shapes, colors, and races the idea of appreciation came into my heart. I appreciate all of the writers, all of the readers, and all of the supporters of this brand. The one thing about appreciation is that though you give it you may not always receive it. The thing is that life comes with its ups and downs, but you must appreciate where you are in life.
Everyone will not see your drive. Most people won’t know what you do in order to give them the quality they see. That’s not the point. The point is to deliver every time regardless of what is going on around you. You must appreciate what you have been given because someone is out there right now wishing they had what you have. They wish for it without knowing what you’ve given up to get where you are. Appreciate your opportunities because they are not owed to you. They are given because of your work ethic, your tenacity, and because of God’s vision for your life.
With that I say enjoy the issue, flip through the beautiful photos, read the articles, and of course share with us what you think!
