Since 2010 in Wales...LIFT Programme – up-skilled 380 leaders and managers across Justice and Community Safety in Wales

Bridge Programme – piloted apprenticeships in Policing, giving 217 individuals the opportunity to accredit their training

HALS Programme – piloted apprenticeships in the Legal Services sector, starting 27 individuals on the path to a Level 4 qualification

CTP Programme – gave 16 individuals in the Courts, Tribunals and Prosecutions field the opportunity to gain recognition for their knowledge, and develop new skills

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) research – took a deeper look in to the various applications of ADR to avoid costly litigation methods

Collaborate! – began in Wales; delivered a toolkit for powerful collaborative practice across a range of sectors, based on robust research across the UK
