• Not a league table, and not promoting external tools.

• Logic: recognising good work (internal and external).

• Affording flexibility, assisting for broader and deeper holistic

picture not judging/ranking (that’s why using

bronze/silver/gold)… helping develop ‘pathways’

• Accreditation option under development, ‘gaps’ to be reviewed,

more tools to be added (e.g. REF, Investors in People etc.) …

still a ‘work in progress’
