Greetings!
The undersigned has been informed that you have been detailed in
our municipality since
mid-year of 2013. Commanding officer(s) of other uniformed
organization that has been
detailed in our municipality have been coordinating with our
Municipal Government upon
their assumption of duty in our locality, in compliance and as
proof of their respect with
Section 444 (b) (1) (xi) & (xvi) of RA 7160 otherwise known
as the Local Government Code
of 1991. Anent thereto, the undersigned is respectfully
requesting your audience in the Office
of the Municipal Mayor as per the aforementioned provisions of
RA 7160 and Rule 3 (f) of
IRR of RA 9993, for us to discuss the implementation of your
mandated functions and to
converge our undertaking for the welfare of our locality
considering that this is a
predominantly coastal municipality.
