Key Benefits Proven Technology

The XL Series Clarifiers are advancements on Mag-netic Ballast Clarification (MBC) that been used in a variety of water treatment applications and have a track record of removing particulate wastes to NTU levels comparable to competing technologies but at faster processing rates, much smaller footprint and lower life-cycle costs.

Efficient Operation

These use magnetic forces more powerful than gravity to excel in efficient operation. That gives the machine a small footprint 8’ x 12’ to process 300 gallons per minute. By combining modules a larger unit can deliver 35,000 barrels per day (8’ x 40’). These efficiencies are up to four times that of the leading competitive technologies.

Clean Tech

By using inert iron oxides and polymers the chemi-cal system of the XL multi-stages can be used to clean complex water and may be the silver bullet of waste water treatment.
