MOUNTING CARDS

Mostly used to pack catheter like devices, such as all types of soft catheters for dialysis or cardiology and preventing damage through folding.

Thanks to our unique available cleanroom pre-cut format in Europe (1,200 x 1,700 mm) with semi-automated cutting line, we offer large format mounting cards for medical packaging, in accordance with all relevant market specifications.

Other additional services are available, such as screenprinting (format 900 x 700 mm)which are ideal to customize the mounting card with your own logo or instructions.

HANDLING TRAYS AND BLISTER THERMOFORMING CAPABILITIES

Cartolux-Thiers equipment is composed out of 14 thin & thick gauge thermoforming machines, including the largest high-speed thermoforming machine in France installed in cleanroom with a format up to 1,020 x 700 mm.

Thermoforming of technical and multilayer foils with thickness ranging from 0.2 to 10 mm.

Our R&D department team consisting out of 14 experts will support you from the initial packaging design and dealing with all weight, packing and sealing questions you may have.
