How long was this person in leadership? During prohibition Schultz was a well
known bootlegger .He opened several saloons and supplied them with hijacked whiskey, smuggled liquor from Canada and Europe.
By 1932 all of Dutch bootlegging and gambling was put away from him being arrested from back taxes.

other mobsters and as there were some on his side ,the others felt Schultz were betraying them by killing a dedicated member of a gang.
