Igloos tend to perish. The months from mid January until mid March is the period to undergo this

unique and life time experience.

Itinerary: DAY 1 - Arrival to Hotel Keylinga Inn.Pick up from Manali Bus stand. Lunch, sightseeing, dinner, & night stay in a hotel.

Day 2 - Drive to the igloo campsite post breakfast. Enjoy skiing, tube sliding, make igloo & enjoy dinner, music, bonfire.

Day 3 - Wake up to the snow view & enjoy breakfast. Drive back to the hotel.Freshup & get dropped in Manali Bus Stand.

Itinerary: DAY 1 - Report at Hotel Keylinga Inn. by 9 AM. Complete registration. With snow dress proceed to igloo site by shared 4WD

cab. Enjoy skiing, tube sliding, make igloo & snowman. Enjoy lunch, dinner music & bonfire, Night stay in igloo.

Day 2 - Wake up to the snow view & enjoy breakfast. Drive back to the hotel.Freshup & get dropped in Manali Bus Stand.

Itinerary: DAY ACTIVITY: Report at Hotel Keylinga Inn. by 8:30 AM. Complete registration. With snow dress and other gears proceed

to igloo campsite post briefing. By 9:30 AM dive to igloo camp.  Enjoy activities like, skiing, tube slide, sledging making 

snowman & Igloo. Enjoy lunch at Igloo site. By 3:30 pm drive back to base camp.

 

PS: For guided instruction on skiing & snow boarding extra charges will apply. For booking inform us in advance.

All Activities and equipment : Skiing, Tube Slide, Igloo Making, Slide Ride under expert

guidance.

Complimentary pickup & drop Manali Bus Stand.

Half day local sightseeing covering Hadimba temple, Old Manali and Mall Road, Manali.

2 Hours of freshening up at Hotel upon return from Campsite.

Transport charges from hotel to igloo campsite & back applies. Rs.3500/- per 4 x 4 cab

which would be shared between the co-passengers on that trip.)

POINTS OF CONCERN

Igloo and Snow related activities are subject to timely andsufficient snow as well as favorable weather conditions. Safety is

our prime concern.

The Igloo Camp is located at approx. 10,000 feet MSL inHamta/Sethan Village which is approx 10 kms uphill from BaseCamp @ Hotel Keylinga Inn at Prini (4 Kms from Mall Road,

Manali).

There could be rare occasions when the road to & fro Igloo Camp.remain temporarily blocked due to heavy snowfall or even

otherwise beyond human control. In such circumstances, pleasebe prepared to descend on foot under supervision of our experts

to reach Base Camp which normally takes 2 / 3 hours .

We suggest to keep a day or two spare in hands while schedulingto avoid disappointment due to situation aforementioned.

Gum Boots / Hiking Boots : Igloo Camp is about 200 m away fromthe road head, we suggest quality boots with good grip to keep

you feet firmed up and warm in snow.

Woolen Jacket, Sweater, Cap, Socks & Hand Gloves (keep extrapair), Thermal Innerwear to keep you cozy and comfortable.

Sun glasses to help prevent direct exposure to the sun's UV raysreflecting from snow into eyes which may cause temporary

irritation and discomfort .

REFUND POLICY

100% refund of booking amount in case of non availability ofIgloos / cancellation by management due to unforeseen

circumstances beyond human control

70% refund of booking amount in case we could not move toIgloo Site from our Base Camp owning to blockade of road due to

heavy snowfall.

50% refund of booking amount if cancellation is done fifteendays prior to the stay date in the Igloo Camp (transaction chargeswill be deducted to the stay date in the Igloo Camp (transaction

charges will be deducted for bank transfers).

0% refund of booking amount will be made if cancellation isreceived less than one week of stay date in the Igloo Camp.
