The Process of Song Recording by Eva Alphonz and Wu Yoke Phin

The process of recording a song involves many stages. Firstly, the composer receives the lyrics from the songwriter.

Then the composer starts composing the melody. The musicians record the music given by the composer. After that,

the backup vocals are recorded followed by the lead singer. Then, the music and the vocals are mixed together by

the sound engineer. The track is ready after the mixing. The track is then burned on a CD (compact disc). This CD is

called a master CD. The master CD is sent to the factory for production. The graphic designer does the cover design

for the CD. The packing is done by the factory workers. Finally, the CDs are distributed to the shops. People buy them

    from the shops.
