Areas Of Learning As Readers and Writers we will be learning about characterisation and the structure of stories through traditional tales and poems. As Mathematicians we will continue to add and subtract numbers, search for patterns and learn more about how place value helps us solve problems. We will be recognising and describing the properties of 2D and 3D shapes. As Scientists we will be investigating plants. As Musicians we will be exploring story telling through music. (The Nutcracker.) As Spiritual and Reflective individuals we will explore Christmas and the symbolism of light. In our Social and Emotional Development we will explore friendships and differences. As Active Learners we will be developing our gymnastic and balancing skills. As Programmers we will be recording and editing videos.

Creative and Expressive Arts We will be listening to music and analysing how it can tell a story.
