Year 2 Music Project

The children in Year 2 have performed poetry about a fierce and mighty dragon.

They have added musical effects to make their performances very exciting. The children considered where to add the dynamic ‘fortissimo’ loud and the dynamic ‘piano’ quiet.

The recordings also include the children playing instruments. They carefully chose the most “dragonish” sounding instruments and thought how to add an accompaniment, so that the listener can always hear the poem’s words.
