    QW L programs are another way in which organisationsrecognise their responsibility to develop jobs andworking conditions that are excellent for people as wellas for economic health of the organisation.     India Pvt. Ltd. the Quality of Work Life is neither too

    good nor too bad that is altogether it is satisfactory.y The company has a fair disciplinary policy that
