REGULATIONS FOR SOLOISTSArt 1)The competition is open to young Ballet Talents between the ages of 11 - 26 years old of any nationality. All Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or teacher.

Art 2)Friday, March 29th, 2019 First Round - participants will attend a Ballet class according to category. Contemporary class for Juniors, Seniors & Semi-Professionals.Saturday, March 30th, 2019 Second Round - participants will perform their variations. Sunday, March 31st, 2019 at 5:00 P.M. Gala Performance and awarding of prizes and scholarships. All participants MUST be present.

Teacher and /or Students, members of the Vancliffen Arts Foun-dation or Vancliffen Teacher’s Society, please present your Membership card or write your number on the Registration form in order to receive a discount for the participation fee.

RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR GROUPS“CANADIAN GRAND PRIX”Art 1)

Opened to all students of any nationality between the ages 7 (born in 2011) and 26 years of age Ages 7 - 12 Ages 13 - 15 Ages 16 - 18 Ages 19 - 26All participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a Parent, Guardian or Teacher.

Art 3)The choreographies may be in any discipline of Dance. Choreogra-phies from Classical Ballet Repertory may not be used, all choreog-raphies must be designed for the group. The choreographies must not be longer then 6 min.

Payments must be made by Certified Check in Euro o Cash, personal checks will not be accepted.

Jury’s Award: Over all- for Most Outstanding Performance.

The winners of the Scholarships must notify via email the Vancliffen Arts Foundation within one week if they intend to accept the scholar-ship offered. In the case of refusal the scholarship will be granted to the second student qualified. Please note that the scholarship to Canada’s National Ballet School will be granted to the 2nd placed student only in the case that all physical and technical requirements are met.Unless expressed in writing, registered participants automatically authorize the organizer of this event to freely use their photos and personal data to promote events and advertisements according to the Italian law N.675 of December 31, 1996 and accept these regulations in each article and its contents totally.(“Informative sul Trattamento dei Dati Personale ai sensi di legge D.LGS 196/03”).
