We promise to provide you with an experienced wedding coordinator every step of the way. From the moment you step through the door until you are happily married, we want to ensure that your
day is perfect.
Our coordinator will be here to help you create the wedding of your dreams. We want to
ensure your wedding day is all about you. We will also be here on your special day to assist with
your ceremony, your grand entrance and set up requirements including bonbonnieres, place cards
and seating plans.
Your wedding coordinator can also recommend some our most trusted suppliers in regards to
florists, photographers, celebrants and theming companies. We only want the best for you.
Your wedding day is special and we are here to ensure your special day goes without a hitch.

Start your wedding day with elegance and style in one of our spacious Executive Suites. The suite offers the perfect opportunity for you and your bridesmaids to prepare for your special day.
The elegantly appointed one bedroom suite is located on the top floor with separate dining and lounge area for 6-8 people offering panoramic views of the botanical gardens. The suite presents an amazing opportunity for pre-wedding selfies or professional photography shoots.
This suite features a king sized bed with walk in wardrobe, robes, slippers, suit press, powder room, en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and spa. The room also provides a stereo system, dual mini bar fridges, espresso coffee machine and a complimentary turn down service.

ALLOW US TO ANSWER A FEW MORE QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE?Will the wedding coordinator be available on my wedding day?Of course! Your wedding coordinator will be on site from the morning of your wedding until shortly after your bridal entrance! They will also be available to assist with your ceremony (should it be held with Royal on the Park) and can assist with set up of place cards & bonbonnieresYour wedding packages have a minimum number of guests, are you able to accommodate for less? For smaller numbers, a room hire fee may occur and a customised package can be offered to suit your individual requirements
Is there a discount for children?Infants 0 – 2 years will not be served a meal unless requestedChildren 3 – 12 years $40.00 per childTeenagers 13+ years will be served the same meals as the adults. If you have a beverage package, this will be adjusted to a soft drink package for teenagers
Can I place a tentative hold on a date?Yes. Royal on the Park can hold a date free of charge for up to 14 days. However should another event wish to book on this date a deposit will be required
Can you provide food for guests with dietary requirements?Our culinary team will be pleased to assist with special dietary requirements
Can you provide a meal for our suppliers ie. DJ or band?Yes, on request and at a cost of $36 per person
Is a menu tasting included?Yes! Every package, except the cocktail package includes one menu tasting for the bride & groom
Can we bring our own wedding cake?Yes. You may supply your own wedding cake. We can also put you in touch with a supplier
Do I have to go with your recommended suppliers?You are welcome to source your own suppliers should you wish. Royal on the Park only recommends suppliers who we have worked with before and know our venue well
How early can my suppliers access the room?Up to 2 hours before the start of your reception, however please discuss with your wedding coordinator should you require earlier access
When are my final numbers and payment due?Final numbers are due 5 business days prior to your wedding with the final payment due the following day
Alice Street is a one-way street, please use Edward Street and then turn onto Alice Street to find the Royal on the Park Hotel entrance.
