Contacts: For the best success in achieving your goals, you’ll want to seek out new contacts and dig up old ones too!

• Use the Contact Records Sheet to keep records for people you speak to. Make notes of what interests them, their response and your next follow up. Update and add to this list, aim to speak to at least 10 people each week.

• It’s time to connect with old contacts! Re-connect with everyone who was in your scrapping circle from years gone by, let them know CM is back and invite them to catch up with you to take a look at what’s new.

• Print CM flyers/workshop flyers with your contact details on the bottom in tearaway strips and place on public noticeboards everywhere.

• Where are you prepared to travel to? Start workshops in new areas to tap into new groups of people.

• Create your own referral program for those who refer a friend to you. • Carry your workshop schedule and join flyers everywhere with you.

New Team Members: Growing your team and working with those new Advisors is the fastest way to earn more points, you’ll want to focus your energy in this area.

• Identify recruit leads early and offer the opportunity to everyone. If they don’t want to join, then offer to purchase from you or attend a workshop.

• Work with your new team members straight away – help them get to Level 2 they could also earn the trip!

• Share the memes, photos of Bali and Join flyers on social media, you might inspire someone to join and go for the Getaway.

• Team nights – sharing ideas and working together will keep everyone motivated and will achieve greater results then trying to do everything on your own.

Sales: • Be consistent with communication. Share every launch, promotion,

workshop and class with all of customers. • Have customers sign up for the CM newsletter, after launches phone them

to ask which product they liked best from the newsletter. • Schedule in extra workshops, classes and different event types. • Create your own loyalty program to reward orders of $50 or more. • Offer personal specials but make sure there is a buy/get principle to help

increase the sale amount. For example buy an album and get the latest punch at 20% off.
