    10. Be Prepared

    What you do before your presentation is as important as what you do

    during your presentation. Familiarize yourself with the information youre going to cover by

    reading over the safety talk and reviewing your visuals.

    Make notes about personal experiences and gather other resource

    materials, such as newspaper and magazine articles.

    Rehearse your presentation from start to finish.

    9. Promote The Meeting

    Post the meeting date, time, location and topic.

    Remind employees about the meeting as the date approaches.

    Arrive at least 15 minutes early to set up the meeting room.

    reference materials in an easily accessible location. Before the meeting begins, have them print and sign their name on the

    Safety Meeting Attendance Sheet.
