Residential Group Care for youth 6- 21 years old 5 Cottages age and gender specific Welcome Center accepts youth 0-21 years old for up to

23 hours Based on the Forefront recommendations the model of

care changed; therefore, more complex youth are being served to include Human Trafficking victims
