  • It’s been said that it’s as natural for Christians to pray as it is for a living being to breathe. Prayer is our life line to a living God. Our heavenly Father promises to hear our prayers. Please join us in the Chapel

after service each week for a short prayer session. You may submit requests for prayer prior to the service by contacting Phillip or Debbie Trokey or there will be a jar in the chapel where you can leave your prayer request at any time.

"A Thrivent representative attended our Voters meeting on April 7. We learned that Trinity has more than 160 Thrivent members! Each member is allowed two $250 grants per year to go towards church and school projects. We have identified more than 80 current projects that can be covered by these grants each year, totaling more than $20,000! We are looking for 60 Thrivent members to help us make these grants a possibility. Grant Applications take less than 5 minutes of time to complete and an easy-to-follow instruction sheet is provided. Let the church or school office know if you are willing to add your name to the list. Also let us know if you are not currently a Thrivent member, but you would like to join." We have set a date to give the Lutheran Student Center in Springfield some TLC. Mark the weekend of June 22nd

as your opportunity to join alumni and friends for some DIY activity and fellowship. We need all the help and support we can get. Whether you can join us for a morning, afternoon, or the weekend, there are plenty of

projects to check off the list. Even financial support is welcomed if you can’t attend. Please keep this important college ministry going strong and have fun in the process! More details to follow.
