Yuval Shahar is an entrepreneur, was until recently a GM at Cisco. Prior to Cisco Yuval co-founded P-Cube and served as its President and CEO. Prior to P-Cube, Yuval co-founded Pentacom, A pioneer in Dynamic Packet Transport products, as well as previously leading the creation of Infogear, which developed some of the industry's first web appliances.

Yuval Shahar serves as Chief Executive Officer of P-Cude. Mr. Shahar is a Co-Founder of Qwilt Inc. and serves as its Chairman. He served as an Advisor of GlooLabs LLC (a/k/a, GlooLabs Inc.). Mr. Shahar served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of P-Cube Inc., which he Co-founded it in 1999. He served as Vice President of Research and Development at VocalTec since 1995, where he directed programs resulting in the creation of the first set of VoIP architectures and products, which later enabled its IPO. Yuval has over 30 years of domain experience in the network infrastructure segment.
Yuval Shahar co-founded PentaCom in 1998 ( recently acquired by Cisco) and has created one of the world's first web appliances, leading to the creation of Infogear Inc. in 1995 (recently also acquired by Cisco). He held senior positions at both National Semiconductor Corporation and Motorola, where he worked on data and voice communications products and protocols.
Prior to joining VocalTec, Mr. Shahar worked for developing fax, data and voice communications protocols and products. Mr. Shahar is a seasoned entrepreneur and
angel investor involved as a co-founder, Chairman or Board member in a variety of companies.
Yuval Shahar is a highly respected executive with an extensive track record in establishing, developing and selling high tech companies. He is involved in a range of privately held companies including Qwilt, Taykey, Compass-EOS, Panoramic Power, Tufin and others. Until 2009 he served as a General Manager of Cisco running one of the BU's in Cisco's Service Provider group. He started his career at Motorola and National Semiconductors in a variety of technology and software development and management roles. Yuval Shahar has been a Director of XConnect Global Networks Limited since November 2009. He served as a Director of Taykey Ltd. and Tejas Israel (formerly Ethos Networks Ltd.). He served as Director of P-CubeInc.
