1. Anti-slip coatingThe secutex® coating is madefrom polyurethane. The high fric-tion of the secutex® coating ensu-res that the load rests securely on theforks, thus significantly reducing the dangerof the load slipping off the forks.

2. Noise reductionWhen using secutex® fork shoes,the contact area between theload and the forks contains noise-reducing, elastic secutex® material.Consequently less noise is generated.

3. Wear resistanceThe secutex® material is extremelyrobust and hard-wearing. Theproduct’s long life results in con-siderable cost savings.

4. Easy installationNo need for complex installation: secutex® fork shoesare easily secured …

The right shoe for every load!secutex® fork shoes with secutex® coating offer the bestprotection for any load.

secutex® is an effective anti-slip coating, ensuringthat the load hardly moves. The coating alsooffers excellent noise reduction properties,cushions the load and is particularly hard wea-ring, thus ensuring a permanent use.

The secutex® fork shoe is manually slid onto the forkand can be removed just as easily. The cast perforatedplate design provides the shoe with a particularlyrobust construction.

The secutex® fork shoe does not have a load-bea-ring function. secutex® coating is also available for fork uprights(see page 5).

The standard shoe is designed for a flexible opera-tion. The shoe offers simple and quick handling andis ideally suited for most applications. The secutex®

fork shoe does not have a load-bearing function.Also available in stainless steel – particularly for thefood industry.

Fork uprightsSpecial surfaces are available forparticular applications, such asexposure to water, oil or frost. The-se surfaces can contain an imprin-ted finish or may be ground. Con-tact your local dealer.

!When using fork ex-tensions, the permissi-ble loading of the forklift truck must be ob-served! Providing ex-tra leverage!

Providing extra leverage!secutex® fork shoe extensions are used where loadsare considerably longer thanthe fork lift truck forks andwhere the features of thesecutex® material are advanta-geous. The actual fork must support at least 60 % ofthe fork extension. Simply secured by a split-pin bolt.

Fork extensions with secutex® coating contain arigid perforated plate for robust design. Theflattened steel tip is particularly hard-wearingand durable. The shaped tip allows easierand safer driving of the forks into the pallets.

Also available with internal coating for maxi-mum noise reduction.

It’s a fact:Forks with fixed coating offer the best solution forcontinuous heavy-duty use! As well as offeringanti-slip, noise-reducing, cushioning and wear-resistant properties!

The steel tip prevents the secutex® coating frompeeling off. The rounded, chamfered shape facilitates driving into the pallets.

This design offers maximum protection for the loadand lifting gear whilst requiring little room. Thesecutex® fixed coating is permanently attached tothe forks. A steel fork tip prevents the secutex®

coating from peeling off.

The secutex® coil shoe allows safe and reliable trans-portation of metal and wire coils. The radius of thesupport surface is adapted exactly to the internal coildiameter, thus reliably preventing the material frombeing damaged. The high friction of the secutex® coa-ting ensures a safe hold of the coil, making it nearlyimpossible for the coil to slip off. The chamfered tipallows easy driving into the coil.

One thing is certain:When storing pallets and box pallets it is difficult toavoid the fork lift trucks making contact with the shelfsupports. Bent shelf supports cannot be simply straigh-tened but must be replaced. Apart from the cost invol-ved, there is significant downtime in removing andreplacing the damaged sections of racking.
