When you don’t get enough sleep, your body starts to feel ‘stressed’, and starts spontaneously producing more stress hormones, like cortisol.

The more these hormones build up, the more jumpy, anxious, angry, overwhelmed and depressed you feel.

Few things can make you feel more miserable, sad or stressed then feeling like you have to solve other people’s problems, or get involved in their dramas.

If you really can’t help them, or really don’t want to get involved, say NO, and don’t feel bad.

The more emotional and psychological abuse you experience from the people around you, the higher your chances of

If you’re being told that your brain is genetically ‘broken’ in some way, and that there is nothing you can do to fix the problem or help yourself other than take meds, that pretty much takes away all your motivation to get to the true root of the problem.
