Resident EngineerIn accordance with Sub-Clause 3.2 of the General
Conditions of Contract (GCC), I hereby further delegate authority
to Mras detailed below. !ll references to Sub-Clause nu"bers shall
e#$ressly include reference to any associated %articular Conditions
of Contract (%CC). &herefore, se$arate reference is not "ade to
the %CC, e#ce$t where for any reason including clarity it is
necessary to refer to a s$ecific Sub-Clause in the %CC. Multi$le
delegations against a $articular Sub-Clause generally follow the
