The deployment, maintenance and operation of a mobile network communications infrastructure while supporting both legacy and emerging tech-nologies can be quite complicated.

THE SOLUTION

TLC’s private cellular network core simplification was achieved by eliminating complex legacy proto-cols and implementing an IP-based system archi-tecture called the Multi-Standard Core Network (MSCN). The MSCN uses IP for all voice, data and control transmissions within the network while maintaining Cellular specifications for all over-the-air transmissions to and from the mobile station. The MSCN will support 2G (GSM), 3G (UMTS), and

4G (LTE) technologies.

EASE OF USE

Can be deployed on a virtual machine or standard commercial server with an i7 or similar processor and 16 GB RAM and 1 Gbps NIC.
