Being told “No”Sometimes when I ask my teachers to do something they say, “No”.

I get really upset and mad when I am told “no”.

Accepting “No”I need to know that my teacher only says “No” because: I may need to finish my work What I want may not be available

It is just not the right time

Say, “Okay”I need to remember to always say, “Okay” and not get mad.

Stay CalmIf I stay calm and don’t get mad when I am told “no”, then my teacher will be very happy.

She may let me do something I want to do later.
