CHECKOUT out our SUPER Southwestern Undergraduates! The Ambitious Alpha Xi Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Inc. was chartered on April 19, 1941 on Philander Smith College in Little Rock, Arkansas. The 1st picture is in the first year book published in 1942. In 2014, they continue to execute a National Bone Marrow Donor Registry Drive and an American Red Cross Blood Drive. They dedicated the drive to two Philander students that are currently living with sickle cell anemia. 22 units of blood were donated and approximately 66 lives were saved! 73 1/2 years Sigma Strong and counting......

Sigma makes HISTORY! Kappa Xi Sigma Chapter in Conway, Arkansas were the 2012 Mini-Grant recipient for the Eunice Kennedy Shriver, National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD) and Arkansas SIDS Outreach Project ($2,000). This chapter is proud to be a part of SISTERS UNITED--a historic initiative by the Arkansas Department of Health to bring together the four NPHC sororities to help reduce infant mortality in their state. Excellent way to make an impact in our communities.
