A RESOLUTION FIXING ATIME AND PLACE AND PRO-VIDING FOR NOTICE OF AHEARING BEFORE THE GOV-ERNING BODY OF THE CITYOF GOODLAND, KANSAS, ATWHICH THE OWNER, HIS ORHER AGENT, LIENHOLDERSOF RECORD, OCCUPANTSAND OTHER PARTIES IN IN-TEREST OF STRUCTURESLOCATED WITHIN SAID CITYAND DESCRIBED HEREINMAY APPEAR AND SHOWCAUSE WHY SUCH STRUC-TURE SHOULD NOT BE CON-DEMNED AND ORDERED RE-PAIRED OR DEMOLISHED ASAN UNSAFE OR DANGEROUSSTRUCTURE.
WHEREAS, the enforcing of-ficer of the City of Goodland,Kansas, did on the 16 day ofApril, 2007, file with the govern-ing body of said city, a statementin writing that the structure, here-inafter described, is unsafe anddangerous.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RE-SOLVED BY THE GOVERNINGBODY OF THE CITY OFGOODLAND, KANSAS:
That a hearing will be held on the4th day of June, 2007, before thegoverning body of the city at 5:00o’clock p.m., at the City Commis-sion Chambers, 204 W. 11th,2nd Floor, Goodland, Kansas, atwhich the owner, his or heragent, any lienholders of record,any occupant and any other par-ties in interest, as that term isdefined by law, of the structurelocated at:
