Beef Entrecôte Preparation
Boil some water in a pan. When the water is boiling, add 1 bag of rice. Cover the pan and leave it like this for 5 minutes.
Heat up the beans in another pan with boiling water during 25-30 minutes. If you’ve bought them dry, leave them in 2,5l water the day before and rinse afterwards.
Bake the meat in a grill with some oil, turn the meat halfway through.
Fry the Lutosa Noisettes during 3-4 minutes at 175°C, drain afterwards.
When everything is ready, serve on a plate with salad, pepper and salt.
