eth is global treasurer of Goldman Sachs. She is a member of the ManagementCommittee, Firmwide Risk Committee,Partnership Committee, Firmwide EnterpriseRisk Committee and Global DiversityCommittee. She is co-chair of the FirmwideAsset Liability Committee. Additionally,Beth is an investment champion for LaunchWith GS, Goldman Sachs’ $500 millioncommitment to invest in companies andinvestment managers with diverse leadership. Previously, she was global head of ShortTerm Macro trading and global Repo trading.This included franchise market making inshort dated G10 interest rate swaps, FXforwards, cross currency basis and repo.Before that, Beth was co-head of US InterestRate Products cash trading, which includedgovernment bonds, agencies and mortgagepass-throughs. She joined Goldman Sachs in1993 as an analyst in Capital Markets andthen moved to the Interest Rate Productstrading desk, where she traded a variety of

instruments focused primarily on options andlater agencies. Beth was named managingdirector in 2003 and partner in 2010. Beth is chair of the Treasury BorrowingAdvisory Committee and serves on the boardof Math for America. She is a formermember of the Treasury Market PracticesGroup. Beth earned an AB in QuantitativeEconomics and History from StanfordUniversity.
