Bilten Centralne banke Crne Gore predstavlja mjesečnu publikaciju koju priprema Centralna ban-ka Crne Gore. Bilten je pregled najvažnijih statističkih podataka koji predstavljaju dobru bazu za sadašnje i buduće analize kretanja u crnogorskom bankarstvu i privredi. Osnovni akcenat je na podacima čiji je izvor Centralna banka Crne Gore, vezanim za monetarna kretanja, bankarski sistem, platni bilans i platni promet u zemlji i inostranstvu. Takođe je napravljena statistička baza drugih makroekonomskih pokazatelja iz realnog i fiskalnog dijela, tržišta novca i tržišta kapitala, kao i nekiuporedni podaci o zemljama koje su u procesu Evropskih integracija. The Bulletin of Central bank of Montenegro is a monthly publication prepared by the Central Bank of Montenegro. Bulletin has been envisaged as an overview of the most important statistical data that represent a good base for current and future analyses of developments in the Montenegrin banking system and economy. The emphasis was put on data whose source is the Central Bank of Montenegroand which are related to monetary developments, banking developments, the balance of payments, and payment operations in the country and abroad. There is also a statistical base of other macroeconomicindicators in the real and the fiscal sphere, the money market and the capital market, as well as some comparative data on countries undergoing the European integration process. The content consists of two parts: a short overview of developments and a statistical overview. Methodological explanations of tables are given at the end of the document.

Inflacija je i dalje niska. Industrijska proizvodnja, turizam, pojedini segmenti saobraćaja i šumarstvo su ostvarili rast za prvih deset mjeseci u odnosu na isti period predhodne godine. Ukupna aktiva banaka i depoziti su porasli, dok se kapital banaka smanjio. Pristuna je tendencija usporavanja pada odobrenih kredita. Neto priliv stranih direktih investicija je i dalje visok, iako niži u odnosu na isti period prethodne godine.
Kretanje cijena
Potrošačke cijene su u oktobru 2010. godine u odnosu na septembar zabilježile rast od 0,2%. Najveći rast cijena je zabilježen u kategoriji „hrana i bezalkoholna pića“ (0,5%), najviše zbog porasta cijena povrća za 4,7% i ulja i masti za 2,8%. Cijene u kategorijama „prevoz“ i „resto-rani i hoteli“ su povećane za 0,2%, dok su cijene kategorija „ostala dobra i usluge“ i „komu-nikacije” povećane za 0,1%. Cijene preostalih sedam kategorija (alkoholna pića i duvan, odje-ća i obuća, stanovanje, pokućstvo i oprema za kuću, zdravstvo, kultura i rekreacija i obrazovanje) se nijesu mijenjale u odnosu na prethodni mjesec.
Stopa inflacije u odnosu na kraj prethodne godine je iznosila 0,4%, dok je godišnja stopa inflacije u oktobru iznosila 0,6%. Prosječna stopa (prvih deset mjeseci ove godine u odnosu na isti period prethodne) je iznosila 0,4%.

Inflation remains low in October 2010. Industrial output, tourism, certain transportation segments and forestry record period-on-period increase in the first ten months of the current year. Total assets of banks and deposits have increased, while banks` capital has declined. Lending slowdown has started to moderate. Net FDI inflow remains high, yet remaining lower than in the comparative ten-month period in 2009.
Prices
Consumer prices recorded 0.2% monthly growth in October 2010. The highest price increase recorded the products under “food and non-alcoholic beverages” (0.5%), mainly due to a 4.7% and a 2.8% increase in the prices of “vegetables” and “oil and grease”. The prices under “transportation” and “restaurants and hotels” each rose by 0.2%, whereas those under “other goods and services” and “communications” each increased by 0.1%. The prices under the remaining seven categories (“alcoholic beverages and tobacco”, “clothes and footwear”, “dwelling”, “household furnishings and equipment”, “health care”, “culture and recreation”, and “education”) remained at their previous month levels.
Inflation was 0.4% as of end-2009, whereas the annual rate of inflation amounted to 0.6% in October this year. The average rate of inflation (first ten months of 2010 in comparison with the same ten-month period in 2009) amounted to 0.4%.

Cijene proizvođača industrijskih proizvoda
Cijene proizvođača industrijskih proizvoda, u oktobru 2010. godine u odnosu na septem-bar, zabilježile su pad od 0,3%, pri čemu su cijene u prerađivačkoj industriji niže za 0,3%, a cijene vađenja ruda i kamena za 0,2%, dok su cijene proizvođača električne energije, gasa i vode ostale nepromijenjene u odnosu na prethodni mjesec.
Na godišnjem nivou, cijene proizvođača industrijskih proizvoda zabilježile su rast od 0,7%, najviše zbog rasta cijena u prerađivačkoj industriji za 6,5%. Cijene vađenja ruda i kamena na godišnjem nivou niže su za 15,5%, a cijene proizvodnje električne energije, gasa i vode za 10,8%.
Industrijska proizvodnja
Industrijska proizvodnja je, u oktobru 2010. godine, zabilježila rast od 5,4% u odnosu na prethodni mjesec. Dva sektora su zabilježila mjesečni rast proizvodnje, i to proizvodnja elek-trične energije, gasa i vode za 16,8% i sektor vađenja ruda i kamena za 57,1%, dok je sektor prerađivačka industrija zabilježio mjesečni pad od 5,3%.
U prvih deset mjeseci ove u odnosu na isti period prethodne godine zabilježen je rast uku-pne industrijske proizvodnje od 11,9%. Pad proizvodnje zabilježen je u sektoru prerađivačke industrije za 8,4%, dok je rast ostvaren u sektoru vađenja ruda i kamena za 49,9% i sektoru proizvodnje električne energije, gasa i vode za 48,2%.
U prerađivačkoj industriji, u prvih deset mjeseci ove godine u odnosu na isti period pret-hodne godine četiri podsektora bilježe porast proizvodnje (prerada drveta i proizvodi od drveta 4,0%, proizvodnja hemijskih proizvoda i vlakana 3,6%, proizvodnja proizvoda od ostalih nemetalnih minerala 29,4% i proizvodnja mašina i uređaja, ostala 50,4%). Preostalih osam podsektora bilježe pad proizvodnje, s tim da je najveći pad zabilježen u podsektoru proizvodnja kože i predmeta od kože za 75,0%, dok je najmanji pad od 3,2% zabilježen u podsektoru proizvodnja papira, izdavanje i štampanje.

Producers` prices of manufactured products recorded monthly decrease of 0.3% in October this year, whereby the prices in manufacturing industry declined by 0.3% and those in the mining and quarrying industry fell by 0.2%, while the producers` prices of electricity, gas and water supply and remained at their September levels.
The producers` prices recorded the annual increase of 0.7%, mainly due to the 6.5% price increase in manufacturing industry. The mining and quarrying prices and those of electricity, gas and water supply showed the annual declines of 15.5% and 10.8%, respectively.
Industrial output
Industrial output registered monthly increase in October 2010 of 5.4%. Two sectors recorded monthly output increase, the production of electricity, gas and water supply of 16.8% and the mining and quarrying of 57.1%, while manufacturing industry production declined by 5.3%.
The period-on-period comparison shows that total industrial output increased by 11.9% in the first ten months of 2010. Output decline was recorded in manufacturing industry, of 8.4%, whereas the mining and quarrying and the production of electricity, gas and water supply showed production increases of 49.9% and 48.2%, respectively.
As for manufacturing industry, the period-on-period comparison shows that four subsectors recorded production increase in the first ten months of the current year, the manufacturing of wood and wood products of 4.0%, the manufacturing of chemical products and fibres of 3.6%, the manufacturing of other non-metal minerals of 29.4%, and the manufacturing of machines and devices, other, of 50.4%. The remaining eight subsectors saw output declines, whereby the severest fall was in the manufacturing of leather and leather items of 75.0% and the mildest decline of 3.2% was in the manufacturing of paper, publishing and printing.

Saobraćaj i šumarstvo
U željezničkom saobraćaju, u prvih deset mjeseci ove godine, prevezeno je 6,7% putnika manje, u vazdušnom je broj prevezenih putnika viši za 24,7%, dok je u drumskom saobra-ćaju prevezeno 21,4% manje putnika nego u istom periodu prethodne godine.
U prvih deset mjeseci ove godine, u željezničkom saobraćaju, prevoz robe je povećan za 48,9% (mjereno tonskim kilometrima), u vazdušnom saobraćaju za 104,2%, dok je u drum-skom saobraćaju prevoz robe smanjen za 18,7% (mjereno tonskim kilometrima) u odnosu na isti period prethodne godine.
Ukupni promet u lukama za prvih deset mjeseci iznosio je 1.441,9 hiljada tona, i bio je veći za 12,6% u poređenju sa istim periodom prethodne godine, pri čemu je izvoz povećan za 26,7%, a uvoz smanjen za 9,9%.
U šumarstvu je, u oktobru, proizvedeno 26,6 hiljada m3 šumskih sortimenata, što je za 37,3% manje nego u prethodnom mjesecu, a 32,1% više nego u istom mjesecu prethodne godine. U prvih deset mjeseci ove godine proizvedeno je 227,6 hiljada m³ šumskih sortimenata, što predstavlja rast od 23,2% u odnosu na isti period prethodne godine.
Turizam
Crnu Goru je u prvih deset mjeseci posjetilo 1.231,8 hiljade turista, što je za 4,5% više nego u istom periodu prethodne godine. U istom periodu ostvareno je 7.853,6 hiljade noćenja, što je za 5,5% više nego u istom periodu prethodne godine. Strani turisti su ostvarili 87,9% ukupno realizovanih noćenja.
Tržište rada1
Broj nezaposlenih lica je u oktobru u odnosu na prethodni mjesec veći za 2,9%, a u odnosu na isti mjesec prethodne godine za 11,0%.

Transportation and Forestry
Railway and road passenger transport recorded declines of the respective 6.7% and 21.4% in the first ten months of 2010, while air passenger transport increased by 24.7% in comparison with the same ten-month period of the previous year.
At the same time, railway cargo transport (tonne-kilometres) and air cargo transport rose by the respective 48.9% and 104.2%, whereas road cargo transport (tonne-kilometres) declined by 18.7%.
Total turnover in ports amounted to 1,441.9 thousand tonnes in the first ten months of 2010, thus being 12.6% higher than in the same period last year, whereby exports rose by 26.7% and imports declined by 9.9%.
Forestry output in October this year amounted to 26.6 thousand m3 of wood products, which is 37.3% less than in the previous month, yet 32.1% more than in the same month in 2009. The period-on-period comparison shows an increase of 23.2% in the first ten months of 2010, with the total production amounting to 227.6 thousand m3 of wood products.
Tourism
Some 1,231.8 thousand tourists visited Montenegro in the first ten months of the current year, which is 4.5% more than in the comparative period of 2009. Tourist nights amounted to 7,853.6 thousand, which is a 5.5% increase. Foreign tourists accounted for 87.9% of total tourist nights.
Labour Market1
Monthly increase in unemployment amounted to 2.9% in October this year, while in comparison with the same month last year, it rose by 11.0%.

Bruto i neto plate su u oktobru, u odnosu na prethodni mjesec, zabilježile pad od 0,8%. Realne plate bez poreza i doprinosa u oktobru u odnosu na septembar smanjene su za 1,0%. Na go-dišnjem nivou ostvaren je rast bruto plata za 12,3% i neto plata za 4,6%.
Ukupna aktiva i pasiva banaka
Ukupna aktiva banaka je na kraju oktobra 2010. godine iznosila 2.917,6 miliona eura i u odnosu na prethodni mjesec povećana je za 0,3%, dok se u odnosu na oktobar 2009. godine smanjila za 4,8%.
U strukturi ukupne aktive banaka, najveće učešće bilježe neto krediti (71,2%), zatim slijede novčana sredstva i depoziti kod depozitnih institucija (19,8%) i ostala aktiva (7,0%), dok ostatak (2,0%) čine preostale stavke aktive banaka. Posmatrano u odnosu na septembar 2010. godine, u aktivi banaka rast su zabilježile pozicije novčana sredstva i depoziti kod depozi-tnih institucija (3,2%), rezervisanja za kreditne gubitke (0,1%), ostala aktiva (3,1%) i rezer-visanja za gubitke na ostale stavke aktive (0,9%).
U strukturi pasive banaka, najveće učešće bilježe depoziti (61,2%), pozajmice (23,9%) i uku-pan kapital banaka (10,1%), dok ostatak (4,8%) čine preostale stavke pasive banaka. U odno-su na prethodni mjesec rast su zabilježile pozicije depoziti (0,2%), pozajmice (1,1%) i ostale obaveze (0,6%).
Ukupan kapital banaka iznosio je 295,2 miliona eura na kraju oktobra tekuće godine, i ostva-rio je pad u odnosu na septembar 2010. godine (0,6%), dok je u odnosu na oktobar 2009. godine ostvario rast (16,4%).
Depoziti
Ukupni depoziti kod banaka iznosili su 1.786,2 miliona eura na kraju oktobra 2010. godine, i u odnosu na prethodni mjesec bilježe rast od 0,2%. U odnosu na isti mjesec prethodne go-dine ukupni depoziti su ostvarili pad od 2,8%.
U ročnoj strukturi depozita, dominantno učešće ostvarili su oročeni depoziti (59,7%). U strukturi oročenih depozita, najveće učešće imali su depoziti ročnosti od 3 mjeseca do 1 go-dine (34,5%) i depoziti ročnosti do 3 mjeseca (13,7%).

Monthly decline in both gross and net salaries amounted to 0.8% in October this year. Real salaries without taxes and contributions showed monthly decline in October of 1.0%. At the annual level, both gross and net salaries recorded growths of the respective 12.3% and 4.6%.
Total assets and liabilities of banks
Total assets of banks amounted to EUR 2,917.6 million at end-October 2010, being 0.3% higher and 4.8% lower than in the previous month and October 2009, respectively.
As for the structure of total assets, net loans accounted for the main share of 71.2%, followed by monetary assets and deposits with depository institutions with 19.8% and other banks’ assets with 7.0%, while other asset items accounted for the remaining 2.0%. The month-on-previous-month increase recorded monetary assets and deposits with depository institutions (3.2%), loan loss provisions (0.1%), other assets (3.1%) and provisions for assets other than loans (0.9%).
As for the banks` liabilities, deposits accounted for the main share of 61.2%, followed by borrowings with 23.9% and total banks’ capital with 10.1%, whereas the remaining 4.8% were other liabilities items. Deposits, borrowings and other liabilities recorded monthly increases of the respective 0.2%, 1.1%, and 0.6%.
Total capital of banks amounted to EUR 295.2 million at end-October 2010, being 0.6% lower and 16.4% higher than in the previous month and October 2009, respectively.
Deposits
Total deposits in banks amounted to EUR 1,786.2 million at end-October this year, thus showing the month-to-previous-month growth of 0.2%. However, the annual decline in deposits amounted to 2.8%.
Time deposits accounted for the main share of total deposits, 59.7%. The structure of time deposits shows that deposits with the maturity from 3 months up to 1 year and deposits up to 3 months accounted for the main shares of 34.5% and 13.7%, respectively.
Observed by sectors, household deposits still account for the main share of total deposits, 51.7%.

Depoziti stanovništva
Ukupni depoziti stanovništva iznosili su 923,8 miliona eura na kraju oktobra 2010. godine. U odnosu na prethodni mjesec, depoziti stanovništva zabilježili su rast od 1,3%, a u odnosu na isti mjesec prethodne godine 13,6%, odnosno 110,3 miliona eura.
Na kraju oktobra u ročnoj strukturi depozita stanovništva, dominantno učešće od 67,5% ostvarili su oročeni depoziti, dok se na depozite po viđenju odnosilo 32,5%.
Krediti
Na kraju oktobra 2010. godine ukupni krediti banaka iznosili su 2.255,1 miliona eura, i u odnosu na septembar 2010. godine ostvarili su pad od 0,4%.
Koeficijent krediti/depoziti iznosio je 1,26 u oktobru 2010. godine, i poboljšan je u odnosu na prethodni mjesec kada je iznosio 1,27, i u odnosu na oktobar 2009. godine, kada je izno-sio 1,39.
Odnos kredita i depozita uvećanih za ukupno uzete pozajmice iznosio je 0,908 na kraju oktobra tekuće godine, i poboljšan je u odnosu na prethodni mjesec kada je iznosio 0,916, i u odnosu na oktobar prethodne godine, kada je iznosio 0,962.

Household deposits
Total household deposits amounted to EUR 923.8 million at end-October 2010. They recorded the month-to-previous-month growth of 1.3% and the year-on-year increase of 13.6% or EUR 110.3 million.
As for the maturity structure of household deposits at end-October 2010, the main share of 67.5%, was of time deposits, whereas demand deposits made up the remaining 32.5%.
Loans
At end-October 2010, total loans granted by banks amounted to EUR 2,255.1 million, which is a monthly decline of 0.4%.
The loans/deposits ratio amounted to 1.26 in October this year, thus improving in comparison with the previous month (1.27) and much lower than in October 2009 when it was 1.39.
The loans/deposits-plus-borrowings ratio amounted to 0.908 at end-October this year, thus showing improvement in relation to the previous month when it was 0.916 and in comparison with October 2009 when it was 0.962.

Likvidnost banaka
U oktobru 2010. godine, koeficijent likvidnosti, na dnevnoj i dekadnoj osnovi bio je iznad propisanog minimuma za bankarski sistem u cjelini. Prosjek likvidnih sredstava u oktobru ove godine iznosio je 514,8 miliona eura i povećan je u odnosu na oktobar prethodne go-dine kada je iznosio 448,9 miliona eura, dok je u odnosu na prethodni mjesec smanjen (iznosio je prosječno 546,5 miliona eura).
Obavezna rezerva
Na kraju oktobra, ukupna izdvojena obavezna rezerva banaka kod CBCG iznosila je 163,4 miliona eura. Izdvajanje banaka je u oktobru bilo za 1,1 milion eura ili 0,7% manje u odno-su na prethodni mjesec.
U oktobru tekuće godine sedam banaka je iskoristilo mogućnost izdvajanja dijela obavezne rezerve u obliku državnih zapisa. Tako su na kraju oktobra, banke izdvojile ukupno 30,2 mi-liona eura obavezne rezerve u obliku državnih zapisa.
Od iznosa ukupno izdvojene rezerve, na računu obavezne rezerve u zemlji izdvojeno je 68,4%, u državnim zapisima 18,5%, a na računu Centralne banke u inostranstvu 13,1%. Efektivna stopa obavezne rezerve, mjerena odnosom izdvojene obavezne rezerve i ukupnih depozita, iznosila je 9,2% i ostala je na istom nivou kao i prethodnog mjeseca.

Mikrokreditne finansijske institucije (MFI)
Aktiva mikrokreditnih finansijskih institucija na kraju oktobra 2010. godine iznosila je 62,1 milion eura. U odnosu na prethodni mjesec bilježi pad od 0,3%, a u odnosu na oktobar 2009. godine 17,7%. Ukupna vrijednost odobrenih kredita je iznosila 46,2 miliona eura na kraju oktobra, što predstavlja nastavak opadajućeg trenda. U odnosu na oktobar 2009. godine iznos odobrenih kredita zabilježio je pad od 32,0%, a u odnosu na septembar 2010. godine zabilježen je pad od 3,7%.

Bank liquidity
In October this year, daily and ten-day liquidity ratios at the banking system level were above the prescribed minimum. Liquid assets averaged EUR 514.8 million in October 2010, recording an increase in comparison with the same month last year when this average amounted to EUR 448.9 million, yet being lower than in September this year, when this average amounted to EUR 546.5 million.
Reserve requirements
Total allocated reserve requirements of banks deposited with the Central Bank of Montenegro amounted to EUR 163.4 million at end-October this year. These allocations recorded monthly decrease of EUR 1.1 million or 0.7%.
Seven banks used the opportunity to allocate a part of their reserve requirements in T-bills in this month. Thus banks allocated EUR 30.2 million of their reserve requirements in the form of T-bills.
Of total reserve requirements, 68.4% was allocated to the reserve requirement account in the country, 18.5% were in T-bills, and the remaining 13.1% to the Central Bank accounts held abroad. The effective reserve requirement rate, measured as the ratio of allocated reserve requirement to total deposits, amounted to 9.2% in October this year, thus remaining at the previous month level.
Micro-credit financial institutions (MFIs)
Assets of MFIs amounted to EUR 62.1 million at end-October 2010. They recorded the respective monthly and annual decreases of 0.3% and 17.7%. The value of loans granted by MFIs amounted to EUR 46.2 million, thus continuing the downward trend. The annual and monthly declines in loans granted by MFIs amounted to 32.0% and 3.7%, respectively.

Aktivne kamatne stope
U oktobru, aktivna prosječna ponderisana nominalna kamatna stopa (APPNKS) iznosila je 8,98% i ostvarila je rast od 0,01 p.p., dok je aktivna prosječna ponderisana efektivna ka-matna stopa (APPEKS) iznosila 9,59% i ostvarila pad od 0,01 p.p. u odnosu na prethodni mjesec.

Lending interest rates
In October this year, the weighted average lending nominal interest rate (WALNIR) and the weighted average lending effective interest rate (WALEIR) amounted to 8.98% and 9.59%, respectively, whereby the first recorded the month-to-previous month increase of 0.01 percentage points and the latter decreased by 0.01 percentage points.
The WALNIR on household loans amounted to 9.75% and the corresponding WALEIR amounted to 10.50%, thus respectively recording the month-to-previous month increase of 0.01 percentage point and 0.01 percentage point decline.
At the same time, the WALNIR and WALEIR on loans granted to legal persons amounted to 8.50% and 9.02%, whereby the first rose by 0.01 percentage points and the latter decreased by 0.01 percentage point.

Pasivne kamatne stope
U oktobru 2010. godine, pasivna prosječna ponderisana efektivna kamatna stopa (PPPEKS) iznosila je 3,52% i ostala je istom na nivou kao i prethodnog mjeseca, dok je u odnosu na oktobar 2009. godine, PPPEKS bila niža za 0,19 p.p.
PPPEKS na depozite fizičkih lica iznosila je 3,92%, što je za 0,02 p.p. manje u odnosu na pret-hodni mjesec. Istovremeno, PPPEKS na depozite pravnih lica iznosila je 3,10%, i zabilježila je rast od 0,02 p.p. na mjesečnom nivou.
U oktobru je razlika između aktivnih i pasivnih kamatnih stopa na nivou sistema iznosila 6,07 p.p.
Kamatna margina kod kredita odobrenih fizičkim licima iznosila je 6,58 p.p., dok je na kre-dite odobrene pravnim licima iznosila 5,92 p.p.
Tržište novca
U oktobru je održana jedna aukcija državnih zapisa Vlade Crne Gore, sa rokom dospijeća od 182 dana. Ukupna emisija je iznosila 3,6 miliona eura, dok je ukupna tražnja iznosila 9,6 miliona eura. Prodato je 3,6 miliona eura državnih zapisa, a postignuta prosječna ponderi-sana kamatna stopa je iznosila 2,58%.
Tržište kapitala
Ukupno ostvaren promet na crnogorskim berzama u oktobru je iznosio 4,5 miliona eura i u odnosu na prethodni mjesec veći je za 2,0%. Ostvareni promet bio je niži od prosječnog mjesečnog prometa ostvarenog u prethodnoj godini za 29,4 miliona eura. U strukturi pro-meta, najveće učešće imale su akcije kompanija 67,2%, dok se na obveznice fonda za obe-štećenje i akcije FZU odnosilo 15,9% i 12,4% respektivno.
Sva tri indeksa su zabilježila mjesečni pad i to indeks NEX PIF za 0,9%, Moste za 2,5% i NEX 20 za 0,8%. Takođe, u odnosu na oktobar prethodne godine, sva tri indeksa su ostvarila pad, i to indeks Moste za 36,2%, indeks NEX 20 za 10,3%, i indeks Nex PIF za 31,4%.
U odnosu na njihove istorijski maksimalne vrijednosti dostignute u 2007. godini, indeksi su na kraju oktobra 2010. godine bili niži i to: Moste za 80,8%, NEX 20 za 71,7% i NEX PIF za 88,9%.

Deposit interest rates
The weighted average deposit effective interest rate (WADEIR) amounted to 3.52% in October this year and thus remaining at the previous month level, yet being 0.19 percentage points lower than in October 2009.
The WADEIR on deposits by households amounted to 3.92%, which is a 0.02 percentage point month-to-previous month decline. At the same time, the WADEIR on deposits by legal persons amounted to 3.10%, recording monthly increase of 0.02 percentage points.
In October this year, the difference between the lending and deposit interest rates amounted to 6.07 percentage points at the system level.
The interest rate margin for loans granted to natural persons and legal persons was 6.58 percentage points and 5.92 percentage points, respectively.
Money market
One auction of 182-day T-bills of the Government of Montenegro was held in October this year. Total issue amounted to EUR 3.6 million, whereas total demand was EUR 9.6 million. The total issue of T-bills was sold and the weighted average interest rate achieved at the auction amounted to 2.58%.
Capital market
Total turnover on the Montenegrin stock exchanges amounted to EUR 4.5 million in October 2010, recording the month-on-previous-month increase of 2.0%. The turnover showed a EUR 29.4 million decline in relation to the average monthly turnover recorded in 2009. As for the turnover structure, company shares accounted for the main portion of 67.2%, followed by restitution bonds and shares of joint investment funds that made up the respective 15.9% and 12.4%.
All three stock exchange indices recorded monthly decline in October, the NEX PIF by 0.9%, the MOSTE by 2.5%, and the NEX 20 by 0.8%. At the year-on-year level, the respective indices registered declines of 31.4%, 36.2% and 10.3%.
However, compared to their record values reached in 2007, the indices were much lower at end-October 2010: the MOSTE by 80.8%, the NEX 20 by 71.7% and the NEX PIF by 88.9%.

Total capitalisation on the Montenegro stock exchange recorded monthly decline of 2.3%, while that on the Nex Montenegro stock exchange was 2.4% lower in October this year. The annual capitalisation on the respective stock exchanges was 15.5% and 1.7% lower.

Koeficijent obrta sredstava je u oktobru ove godine zabilježio rast na Nex berzi i iznosio je 0,000820, dok je na Montenegroberzi zabilježio pad i iznosio 0,001098.
Domaći platni promet
U oktobru 2010. godine, vrijednost realizovanog platnog prometa u zemlji je iznosila 1.78-6,4 miliona eura. U odnosu na prethodni mjesec, realizovani platni promet ostvario je pad od 0,5%. U strukturi ukupno realizovanog platnog prometa, dominantno učešće ostvario je interni platni promet (56,2%), dok se ostatak (43,8%) odnosio na međubankarski platni pro-met.
Posmatrano kroz učešće realizovanih naloga, 65,0% izvršenih naloga se odnosilo na naloge u internom platnom prometu, dok se 35,0% odnosilo na naloge međubankarskog platnog prometa.
Strane direktne investicije
Prema preliminarnim podacima u periodu januar-oktobar 2010. godine neto priliv stranih direktnih investicija, iznosio je 431,3 miliona eura i za 47,5% je manji u odnosu na isti peri-od 2009. godine. U pitanju je i dalje relativno visok priliv imajući u vidu da u ovoj godini nismo imali većih privatizacija, kao prethodne godine (što je i glavni razlog nižeg neto pri-liva SDI). Ukupan priliv stranih direktnih investicija iznosio je 518,5 miliona eura.
U strukturi stranih direktnih investicija, najveći priliv je ostvaren po osnovu ulaganja u do-maće kompanije i banke u iznosu od 231,3 miliona eura, što je za 64,8% manje nego u istom periodu 2009. godine. U formi interkompanijskog duga ostvaren je priliv od 113 miliona eura, što predstavlja smanjenje za 8,7%. Investicije u nekretnine u zemlji zabilježile su rast od 1,1% i iznosile su 144,5 miliona eura. Priliv po osnovu povlačenja novčanih sredstava koja su rezidenti investirali u inostranstvu iznosio je 29,7 miliona eura.

The turnover coefficient at the Nex Montenegro stock exchange rose, reaching 0.000820, while that at the Montenegro stock exchange declined and amounted to 0.001098.
National Payment System Transactions
The value of the domestic payment transactions amounted to EUR 1,786.4 million in October 2010, being 0.5% lower than in the previous month. The structure of payment transactions shows that internal payment transactions accounted for the main share of 56.2%, whereas the remaining 43.8% were interbank payment transactions.
Observed as a share of executed payment orders, 65.0% were internal payment orders and the remaining 35.0% were interbank payment orders.
Foreign Direct Investments (FDIs)
According to preliminary data, net inflow of foreign direct investments in the period January - October 2010 amounted to EUR 431.3 million, which is 47.5% less than in the corresponding period of 2009. This is still a relatively high FDI inflow considering the lack of major privatisations in the current year (unlike in 2009). Total FDI inflow amounted to EUR 518.5 million.
The FDI structure shows that most of the inflow went into local companies and banks, EUR 231.3 million, which is 64.8% less than in the comparative period of 2009. Investments in the form of intercompany debt totalled EUR 113 million, recording the period-on-period decline of 8.7% Investments in real estates in the country rose by 1.1%, reaching the amount of EUR 144.5 million. The inflow arising from the withdrawal of the residents` capital invested abroad amounted to EUR 29.7 million.

Ukupan odliv stranih direktnih investicija u periodu januar-oktobar 2010. godine iznosio je 87,2 miliona eura i manji je za 14,8% u poređenju sa istim periodom 2009. godine. Najveći odliv je ostvaren po osnovu otplate interkompanijskog duga u iznosu od 61,3 miliona eura. Investicije rezidenata u banke i preduzeća u inostranstvu iznosile su 8,2 miliona eura. Odliv po osnovu nekretnina iznosio je 13,1 milion eura, dok je odliv po osnovu povlačenja sred-stava investiranih u domaće banke i preduzeća iznosio 4,5 miliona eura.
